You need to reboot then. It will work after that. Chrome has some junk stuck in your buffer. There's other ways to clear it, but reboot is the easiest.

Make sure you're loading ICC first before Ignition/Bodog. If you're still having an issue, then send your log to support, but so far all reports have had to support and on forums, everyone has had it working perfectly. Go to settings in ICC, click create log, and send that to support.

I was having so many issues with previous update but this one is working SO well!! Thank you so much Freak!! Y'all are killing it over there. Good job on this one

I have one more Omaha fix we found this morning. I'll post it here in a bit. All feedback so far on this update is it's working 100% w/o issue. The last thing is getting it to work regardless of loading sequence like it was before Ignition's update.

I've updated my card catcher to 2.09.9 but the hud has stopped working. I used to have the grabber work fine on a previous build (before ignitions ****ty updates) but can get no joy at the moment. I did send an email to support (from gareth) but just thought to let you know here, I followed the trouble shooting guide, everything is set (from what i can see) the same as previously but no joy. Any chance I could get some help to get this running? I am at a loss as to why this is not working.

any updates on whether the card catcher works with new bovada? the hud wont pop up for the new bovada software but it would for ignition. any ideas?

We need to add a message that after updating to reboot. The way Ignition works with chrome now, it's still going to be in your read buffers and it will interfere.

Reboot, make sure ICC is loaded first, then load Ignition.

Reboot. Just like I said above. And I honestly don't know if you can load it on Ignition, and then load it on Bovada w/o completely clearing your read buffer. Their software is a mess. Reboot... it works for me:

Anyone else not having catcher work with bodog? I loaded catcher first, tried rebooting, etc.

Check if your Import config is in the proper folder, when i Reinstalled it was in c:\ and wouldn't work. ended up manually searching for the folder (Auto detect didnt work) and then rebooted the Hud + Bodog and it's worked since...

Thanks, that's not the issue though. The card catcher is not even detecting the tables.

its weird, ive played a couple sessions where the card catcher recognized all the tables and displayed the HUD properly, then i've played a couple other sessions where some tables randomly wouldn't get recognized and the HUD would never load. also had one issue where the catcher wouldnt recognize the 3rd table i opened, then it displayed the HUD for the 3rd table on the 4th one once i opened that one (going into HEM2 and manually attaching from the table list like in the old days fixed the issue). a little annoying, but it has definitely displayed the HUD correctly on all positions/seats when it works.

Yeah I'm having a lot of these same issues. I reverted back to .8 and it's working better although usually one table HUD will come up on the hand replayer which is weird.

The .9 version I'm having the same issues as others. Like the tables don't even show up in the little window. I'll send a log later.

It's really important right now that between sessions you shut everything down. If I don't shut down, or I load ICC after Ignition, I've seen these issues as well. As long as I don't though, it's fine.

If you're having a problem, then please send your logs to support. It's quite possible it's some other caching issue going on. It's hard to say w/o actually seeing a log though.

Yeah, just read the HI thread. If you have run a session w/ HI the space it's caching is causing problems. Reboot your system clean, just run the catcher w/ the .9 version and you'll be fine. I have an update I'll post here, but it's going to be the same issue. If you don't reboot after install, and make sure you're loading the catcher before your poker client, you'll have problems.

You won't have crashes w/ the catcher though. We specifically worked on those and resolved them. I've been using the .9 and 1.0 version (new) on all my sessions w/o issue. But if I don't close the catcher between sessions, it's an issue. Every time you load up Ignition/Bodog, it creates a new pattern of code that you have to hook (grab) in order for it to know all of the other commands. If you miss this pattern (code), nothing will show. So you have to be vigilant right now about sequence.

Like I've said, it's because chrome is caching so many things and keeping them active in your system. We're working on resolving this, but as stated, it's highly complex and just takes time.

Install this version everyone:

Reboot after install. Make sure you load the catcher before the poker client. You will be all set. After your session, close down the catcher. Every time it has to be reloaded when you start a new session. If you loaded something like HI, then please reboot (you don't need to uninstall it) .

I can replicate exactly what you guys are seeing, like clockwork, but it's because I keep the catcher open between a session. I know before opening and closing and when it was opened was irrelevant, and if you aren't vigilant about doing it (forget), I'll see posts like this. But it will work w/ the above version if you're loading the catcher first and shutting down between session.

If you're 100% sure you've followed the instructions, then please send your log to support. The more data we get the quicker we can resolve any remaining issues. We want to hammer out any other issues if there are any. And we will eventually make the sequence of loading irrelevant. At least that's our goal.

jesus your updates are tilting af.

This is like the third time in the past month where the program worked perfectly for me the night before and the next day I start a session and the program updates and I get stuck in the middle of a session with no hud on my bodog tables and having to scramble and restart my computer while playing 15 tables over 8 sites.

You should have a feature in the program that disables autoupdate. Its ridiculous that for me, the program has worked great for 3 weeks but like 3 times in the span there was an update that ruined the program for me and forced me to spend 30 minutes trying to fix it while grinding 15 tables simultaneously.

I'm paying for this program to make my life easier and in the past 3 weeks your updates have added a great deal of frustration to my grinding.

Same here, I hate to complain since I had little to no problems for the first 5-6 months but honestly, the last few months have been a constant source of frustration....never know if its gonna run etc. sometimes it works, other times it doesnt...sometimes HUD is properly lined up, other times its not. although i'm sure the majority of these issues are caused by the dumb asses over at Ignition/Bovada it is still very tilting.

also I followed your instructions and installed the latest version you just linked but have no HUD at all now, even though it shows the table is being captured.

Not sure if this is relevant but could any of these issues be created by the fact that I'm having to try and open/reopen Ignition 3 or 4 times before the lobby actually loads and I'm able to log in??

so something even stranger is happening...HUD was working on one tournament but not the other.

as I was typing this post, I decided to close down both Ignition tables and open back up...HUD just appeared on both tables, finally! BUT still having the problem with wrong seating alignment.

Yeah I'm not much of a complainer usually and it seems like they are trying hard to do a good job supporting customers. Also, I'm sure its been an annoying couple of weeks trying to overcome the stupid changes bodog keeps making.

However, it is really frustrating to begin a session and then realize that the card catcher doesn't work after it had worked 10 hours earlier.

It would be way better if they provided a little pop up window each time they want to update the program with details of what the update will fix, what we need to do to make sure the update installs and executes correctly, and an option to delay the update to the next time I open the program.

That way I could decide whether or not I want to update the program and perhaps give me a chance to scan this thread to make sure others weren't experiencing problems with the update.

I understand, but Ignition's issued 3 updates in the span of 2 weeks. The first one we essentially had to re-write the entire program from scratch.

So we're doing the best we can. And if you read above, the issue isn't the update. The issue is you updated and didn't reboot. If you had just rebooted, it would work.
