I haven't personally seen, or received logs from anyone who has had this happen. I've heard of people having this issue, but it's not something I can re-produce. I'll ask the developers tomorrow when they are in. As far as I know and I've seen though, the overall table detection is massively improved as well as some other data points. So I would give it a try and they are still working on some more tweaks. It's getting there.

You sent a log? It's possible someone from support sent it directly to development. I don't see every support e-mail. I try and stay a breast of issue e-mails, but now a days I have my hands in a lot of things. Regardless, the new update is better, and we have a couple of more fixes including preferred seating should be done today.

I just downloaded the latest update. So far it's catching all the hands but man my HUD is messed up. It was working so well when I started, I opened one table, aligned it, and saved. Then opened the second. Worked perfect. The third worked and then I went to resize them all. I read somewhere here you said all tables needed to be same size so I made them all the smallest but it didn't change anything. All the huds were messed up.

No re-sizing is a non issue. They don't have to be the same size or anything. If you re-position your HUD thought while you have multiple tables up, it will mess up alignment on other tables. This isn't a catcher issue, it's just how all HUDs work w/ your database.

Make sure preferred seating is off, and just position one HUD on a table and save. Then load up other tables one at a time.

We have another update coming today that should address preferred seating and better table detection.

This build is working well. Again, just make sure you let the table completely load before you load your next table. We're working on getting that to be a non-issue like before, it's just tricky. We're continuing to improve table recognition and looking into some work arounds for the time bank.

Once you run it for the first time, just make sure to open 1 table and position everything well, lock and save, then load up your next table. Everything should be all good from that point forward.

I installed the beta posted in the link above. The scrambled HUD seems to be working now, but on my $25 SNG, all of the other players had dashes for all of the stats. When I changed profiles, every player but the 'hero' disappeared.

Good question. I'm not sure honestly. I'm sure S&G's got the least amount of testing. I tested an MTT and cash, and several of the guys checked different limit types, game types. It worked perfectly for me w/ and w/o preferred seating in all the environments I tried.

Can you click on settings, and click create log and send that to support? I'd have to see what it's doing, but I'll run some S&G's tmw morning and double check everything.

Will Ignition Card Catcher be updated so that is works on Bovada as well? Thanks.

Yes, we've made sure it works on Bovada now again.

It is working way better, thanks for update. Still have a few smaller issues. Some PLO tables are still showing as NLH or the incorrect stake. Also, sometimes the HUD doesn't show up or is out of alignment even if I wait for the previous table's HUD to load. This happens maybe 15-20% of the time. But overall, working much better.

The hud is never aligned for me. Only when I happen to be in the same seat as I saved the layout in. And every time I start a new session I have to re do it all over again.

I've tried with preferred seating on and off. I wait for each table to load one by one.

I've been using card catcher hud for a long time now. I have never had issues with my hud like this before. All my hands are catching and everything for what it's worth so it's just more annoying then anything. Also, when I change the size of the table I again have to move hud around.

As far as table, it shouldn't be that often, but that's part of the ongoing table recognition issue, and WHY it's ubber important right now that a table is fully loaded before the next one. This was a non issue before this update, but the way it's programmed now, commands can get essentially crossed up if multiple data tables are loading at the same time. The guys are still working on this. Thanks for the feedback.

We've tested positioning extensively the last 2 days. It's work 100% now. Likely something in your setup is off. Make sure if you're using preferred seating you're setting this in the catcher and Ignition, and it's the same seat.

You need to load one table, position the HUD fully, then save (not needed if it's HM2). Then load your other tables. Once you get the positions saved once, you won't have to do it again on each load.

I think I worded my issue wrong. My hud is aligned. But it's always on the wrong players. The only time it works is if I happen to be in the same seat on multiple tables.

No one else is having this issue?? I've never had this issue until this stupid chrome update or whatever.

I understood what you meant. By aligned, I mean your HUD player over the correct seat player. Just open one table. Do you understand how to move your HUD to the correct position of the player? I don't know what database you have. But once you do this, then open the next table.

The reason it's out of alignment when it was working before this update is because the position data being sent is different. So your HUD will not likely not be on the correct player. Once you move and set it with ONLY one table open, and you have it all correct, then it will be fine once you open subsequent tables. And then next session when you load it up it will work w/o you having to do that anymore.

I've done this before , I still have the same issue, It usually only happens on 2 of the 4 tables. Not sure what I did wrong?

My HUD is also still misaligned. I just emailed support with my log files and a video of me setting it up, believing/hoping i followed your instructions in this thread

Thank you... don't bother. I think we found the last piece of the puzzle here. It's a buffering issue that can happen on some systems. The new Ignition software is sometimes using synchronous, asynchronous logic or both. It's totally crazy. But we've been testing this new version all day and so far so good. We even got auto time bank back (for Win 10 only right now).

If this isn't it though, I give up! Kidding... but I'm tired of Ignition now.

There's one last thing and that we want the catcher to work no matter when you load it, like before. That's a little more of a challenge that we're working on. But as long as you load up ICC first, then Ignition, you'll be good. Keep in mind, I'd load one table, check your HUD position and move it if it's not correct, then load your other tables.
