if it's any help i get very different HUD layouts depending how many players were dealt in the first hand. treating as 6m or treating as normal sometimes fixes the problem but not reliably

more guesses, i set my layout up on a 6 max table with 6 players. joined another 6 max table that was full and it worked. join another which was 5 handed and it was misaligned.

No luck for me either. It was working on 2 of my 4 tables and then Ignition closed on its own. Even though I have had a lot of issues with Ignition the client closing entirely on its own has never been one of them. Not too worried about it, I'm sure it will get fixed in the next few days.

Just to list a few problems I have had today/this week.

Hud not showing up on 1 or 2 tables out of 4.

Hud sometimes showing up for those tables on the hand replayer window within the Bodog client.

Hud stops updating and players stats remain the same as no new hands are being recorded despite hands being played.

Possible issue where the card catcher is causing the site to crash but I can not really confirm this.

Using PT4.14.25, catcher, ignition tables 4@6M. Agree that it works if you get the same seat you did at the 1st table. However, it seems that if you get a different seat, the huds are in the right order, just offset by w/e amount. Using preferred seat or not didn't seem to matter.

Apologies that it's taking this long, but they are trying. There's a lot of components, and making it compatible w/ multiple databases adds to that complexity. If it's our own product that it has to work with, it's 100x easier.

One small issue right now is the developer who does the heavy lifting (decryption coding), for this project is moving today. So he's not going to be available the next couple of days. I'm going to see what the other guys can do, but the info we have right now will help in resolving it.

And fyi, if you're looking to make sure to just record your sessions, and have a hud, even if it's misaligned, I'd advise using 9.4 instead of 9.5 for now.

Strange, I just tried again... seats in all different positions, 4 tables. All position aligned fine. Closed everything, did it again. Worked fine once again. 3rd time, one of the 4 tables was off. All of these were 6-max.

So something is still off, but it looks like most of the time, assuming you follow my steps it should work. You have to make sure that you're also not loading multiple tables at the same time. Wait for a table to fully load (I know post their previous update this can sometimes take awhile), then load your next table. Preferred seating is definitely not working though.

Yeah i had an issue where I opened my tables to fast and the huds were in the right places but on separate tables last night.

When I started my second session I did the wait and open one table first and everything else went smoothly. This is without preferred seating on.

Should I keep from updating to 9.6 or whatever the newest is if I'm working fine? I'm still on the one that you updated right after the newest Ignition update came out and messed things up...

this is also happening to me a lot. i can't confirm it's card catchers fault tho.

This same thing happened to me as well. I was playing and then poof . . . all tables and client just vanish from the screen.

I have an issue where ICC 9.4 doesn't pick up hands at the stakes I normally play (nothing in ICC hand history folder), but then works fine at the stakes I don't usually/never play. This problem started with one random table at my stake that wouldn't work and got progressively worse, until no new hand histories are created for any of the tables when I sit down at my stake. My guess is it doesn't create new hand histories if I have sat at the same table before or maybe if i've sat in the same seat at the same table. Which would explain why I can 4 table 6M NL at the penny stakes flawlessly (preferred seating off), but can't get ICC to create hand histories at the 6M NL stakes I normally play.

I am getting data for the same stakes as if i am playing full ring lol.. Not all hands are being caught but whatever i can play with out a hud. doesn't matter to much but i guess wouldn't hurt to check back here every once in a while.

Currently, I can't get the card catcher working with HEM2.

Also, Ignition is randomly closing every now and then. This has never happened before and I am unsure if it has anything to do with card catcher not working properly.

Stay with what works right now obviously. 9.4 is ok. 9.6 works for me mostly. Like I said, we're still working on it, but this update, it's basically like we're re-writing the entire program from scratch. It's just going to take time. Their first major change to Ignition was nearly a complete overhaul, but that makes this one look like nothing.

We can only be reactive in the update business. Poker sites don't preview code to us, so we're just at their mercy. No one is more motivated to get this resolved then I am, but it's just going to take time.

It's closing the poker room for me , so I can't use it right now , any work-arounds?

Don't believe this is the HUD issue, I didn't have it open yesterday and the Poker Room randomly closed while in a game...

Yeah, this is happening w/o any software running. It's a resource issue with how chrome operates.

On a positive note, we should have an update today that should be tie up the remaining issues w/ the build. Still testing, but I'll post it here soon.

This build is working much better. There's still a couple of things we want to do. But one of the most important things we put in is a memory re-distribution process that should reduce any crashes. W/o any software running, Ignition is crashing somewhat randomly. With any injected products I'm sure this has been increasing frequency. This build should reduce that. I'm still seeing an occasional lack of windows detection and I'm hoping those will be ironed out tomorrow. Preferred seating still is not working 100%.

Just make sure your table is fully loaded before you load your next table.

Does this fix the stats being on the wrong table?
