yeah, my tables aren't showing up in the igntion card catcher after the latest ignition update. any tips?

actually nevermind. i ****ed around with it a bit, and i think its working again

In settings on the catcher, make sure Disable overlay is unchecked and enable 4.5+ support is checked / enabled.

Also make sure you have the catcher up and running before you open any tables.

Known issue: 6-max logging as full ring. Fix to come.

Hi, I'm using 2.09.3, PT4, and I adjusted the settings as advised. The catcher is recognizing the tables but my hud doesn't remember the layout from one table to the next ( seat 5 hud is correct on one table but when I open another, it's in a different spot). When I closed the second table and reopened, the hud didn't appear at all.

Correct. And it may not be possible anymore. Not 100% sure yet, but the way they are embedding their tables, there's only sloppy solutions available, and I would not go that way. So right now, I don't know beyond it won't currently work.

You have to do this once since the data and positions they are sending are different than before. Once you save it correct on one table (w/ no other tables running). It will work fine from that point forward.

Yeah this new version with the update isn't finding My spot at the table. I having to rearrange my hud for every table. Clicking save or any of that just rearranges them all on every table. And in one instance it isn't bringing a hud up at all at one table. The hud tried to attach to the replayer.

How do I do that?

I'm using HM2 and having the same issues with the HUD location. Unlike PT4, HM2 doesn't allow to save the HUD location, so how should we go about this?

This was for PT4. You click on the PT icon at the top of the table, and select lock and save. For HM2, you just do the same thing as stated, but don't lock the layout. Just load one table. position the HUD. Then load more tables.

As I was saying above, just open one table, position the HUD, then open more tables. If you do it while more than one table is open, your HUD will move all over the place. You don't need to save it w/ HM2.

With the new Ignition update, the table numbers no longer show up on the tables anymore. So when using the "Table Finder" in the Active Session pane of HEM2, I have no idea where to put the HUD.

I also tried to "View Last Hand" to find the table # via the hand history, however the table number there was not associated with any of the table numbers that HEM2/card catcher picked up.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

No solution. Ignition wrapped their java inside of chrome. That's why it looks kind of weird. There's no way to get the table number from the title anymore.

All of the data is highly encrypted now, and that's why so many people are struggling with a fix for this update. We broke most of the code, and we are close to a solution to address the table ID and table type, but I have no idea how much longer it will take. It's just not simple and it's highly complex honestly.

For now you shouldn't need table finder though unless you're using a really old version of HM2. And the player number ID is in the HUD. It's listed as P2_xxxxx, etc... for player 2 and so on. So you need to just adjust the HUD to the player seat.

For 6-max users, you can force your HUD on table to use 6-max HUD if you're having any issues.

how do we force the HUD?....i tried lastnight and tonight to get cardcatcher to work on 6max cash with no success...is there a way to make it work on 6max?

by 6m issue do you mean the tracking as FR instead of 6m or is this referring to a different issue? Im just waiting to use again to avoid purging and re importing as 6m. Not that it matters much, im just picky with how the results look haha

If the 6m tracking as FR issue is fixed thats all I want to know, everything else seemed to work great for me again with ICC/PT4

Turn off your virus scanner perhaps?

Right now there's way to detect table type cleanly. So all tables will list as full ring essentially. Most databases have an on table - force table as X option. If you use this, it will adjust the HUD to your proper HUD.

We're working on some solutions for this, but it's heavy decryption and I don't know how long or if it's totally possible at this point.

This isn't working with my Pt4. When I open a table and get everything arranged and hit lock and save then open another table and move the huds to the corresponding seat numbers and hit lock and save, it rearranges the first table. The seat numbering is different on all tables and the hud arrangement only seems to remember one set of seat numbers.

I don't see an option/checkbox for enabling 4.5+ support in ICC.
