Cool, thanks for the feedback. Keep in mind, those invalid size ones still import, just PT tags them as an issue. You could take the same hand sample and import into HM2 and it won't flag them. So the real non capture rate should be closer to 1% overall. This of course is what we're actively reducing.

I know once full tournament support is in, this is going to be the sole focus.

The cash version will work with limit, no-limit, and PLO cash games. 08 support works somewhat, but it's not officially supported. You can try it out and see if it does ok for you.

The Tourney version is still beta and only works for HU's S&G's right now. But on release it will work with the above games for limit, no-limit, and PLO. I was told by the primary developer on Friday that a S&G release will be this week, and MTT should be soon to follow. The tricky thing about tourney support and why it's taken awhile to do is capturing buy-in and results properly. That's been the primary hurdle, which most of that is done now.

I assume this is FR. If so, if you PM me I can get you a test version so we can find one what's happening specifically on your system. I've never seen or heard this happen with 6-max or HU's. Only FR from others to this point. The hurdle is we can't re-produce it no matter how much we've tried.

Just go to the ace poker solutions website and download the latest. Starting the following week, there will be automatic updates in app. Your app already has the capability, we just haven't sent any of them out, but we will be doing that soon.

If you want e-mail support with a screenshot of your tables running. Maybe there's something that can be adjusted to make it catch better. From my experience and people who have done testing on our side, those errors in PT4 still import. I use the catcher with PT4 when I play on bovada myself, and any of these I've seen it's flagged by PT4, but still imported (for sizing). You can double click on the error and see the hand FYI.

I'll send a screenshot of my tables. But it's just a normal 4 table boxed...2 on the top and 2 below them at their smallest size. I sent support an email already today cause now my HUD isn't working and no hands are importing.

The HUD is put on the correct spot for a while right after I start the session.

but it gets messed up after a while (I can notice this because PFR/VPIP does not increase after villain opens the pot)

Check the troubleshooting steps. If you're having an issue, and you go through those steps, then you can get it working properly. If you don't think you can for some reason, just e-mail support with a screenshot of your tables running at they can help tell you what's wrong. When it's setup correct, it will work.

As far as taking notes, no. You're playing against anonymous players. There's no way of tracking these players. If someone leaves the table and then comes back they will get assigned a new random player ID. There's absolutely no way whatsoever to track any players on bovada/bodog. You will only have stats in session.

I'm having trouble getting this to work today. I load up tables and the program recognizes them because in the yellow box under Time Bank and Last Hand the table names are there. In poker tracker nothing is importing though for most of my tables. I restarted bovada and the hud showed up for 3 tables but then stopped updating from one. It is doing it on 6max and full ring. I opened the BCC.log and I get this showing up over and over:

It's having difficulty making out the table type for some reason. Did you change anything recently? Can you send a screenshot of your tables running to support? They can let you know if anything seems off.

I haven't changed anything. It works if I leave the tables the default size, but then I can't see all 4 at the same time. If I make them the smallest size it stops working and it won't work even if I change it back to default. I would have to leave the tables and open up new ones at default.

If you send a screenshot of your bovada table running to support or post one up here I can tell you what is potentially causing the issue.

Here is it happening to one of my tables. It worked for 4 hands and then it stopped getting hands even though the card catcher recognized that the table was running. Usually it does it to more than 1 table so I was lucky this time. Also it started doing it even with the default size. It mostly does it to full ring tables like in this pic, but sometimes it will do it to the 6max

I just opened another full ring table and I noticed that it collects hands while I'm waiting for the big blind and then as soon as it sits me in it stops working. That's why there is 4 hands in that picture because they were recorded while waiting for the BB.

Yeah, it doesn't like the racetrack style format right now. It's a setup it still has difficulty with. We've been working on a different process though that should be ready to go here soon that will work with all mods and table setups. For now, if you change the table, and grab the latest update, you should be good to go.
