You probably have the preferred seating set in the database also. You can remove this as well. When this is set, it will come up and positional correctly.

FYI, if you're a HM user we're going to have the ability to auto launch the HUD so you won't have to manually add them anymore. We found a work around so that it will auto launch like PT does. This will be in an upcoming release.

Using the trial version here and having problems. As a software developer myself, I'll try to be as specific as possible:

System:
Windows 7 64-bit, 1920x1200 resolution

Steps:
1. Open two tables (6max cash)
2. Open Card Catcher and click "start catching"
3. Open PT4 and click "Get Hands while Playing"
4. Hand histories import successfully & HUD pops up on both tables
5. Open a 3rd table
6. Resize all three tables smaller so they tile onto my screen

EXPECTED: Hands continue to import and HUD pop up on third table
ACTUAL: HUD never pops up on third table and original two HUDs freeze (no new hands)

I took a look at the hand history files and the third one is missing tons of stuff:

• the action after cards are dealt
• the other 4 players at the table with their chip stacks

I've tried a bunch of things from resizing the tables to their smallest, changing table felt colors, changing my monitor resolution, etc. Nothing seems to work once I open more than two tables. The hand histories are missing a ton of info and the bbc.log file is littered with exceptions.

Its hard for me to narrow this to a bug... More like the software just straight up doesn't work as advertised.

It works, but there's still more calcs we're doing for re-sizing. Try keeping the tables to default or minimum if your resolution is causing errors. You can send a screenshot of your tables running to support also and they can help to get you running better.

I'm going to implement a more step by step troubleshooting process to help getting everything going correctly. As this thing improves it won't be needed as much. But for example, I just played a 4 table session on Bovada (only ended because Bovada hung - got love that, especially when I flopped a straight on one table )... any ways, 189 hands and only 1 error. It was an all-in hand I wasn't involved in and it was a pot difference calculation. That's a normal error rate right now. If it's about say 1%, then contact support and they can assist you.

Is there a new update coming out? I just ran 350 hands and got 31 errors. All of them are the Invalid Pot Size/Rake/Calc, etc....or Unexpected End of Hand History (at a full table).

This seems to work pretty good when I play 6max but I can't get it to work in any FR tables.

Latest version is .27. It just went out and has beta S&G HU's support. Unexpected end of hand history is going to happen every time you close a table fyi... it's just an uncompleted hand (you weren't in it any ways).

Yeah, there's something new going on with FR that the developer is looking at. It works ok for me, but I've seen it have issues on some systems.

I'm hoping this next update for .28 will resolve this. I know he's been looking at it today and yesterday.

Just a quick FYI, but there is a new known bug with full ring tables. I confirmed it with the developer today so he's hoping to have a build asap to resolve it.

Other note is that the current build (.27) will work with heads up S&G's. We're still working out some processes, but it works.

If anyone has any issues with full ring, can you please post or PM me? Someone said they've had an issue with it, and several people on our team have tried for days to re-produce it without success (including myself). If we got a log file and some of the screenshots they developers could fix any potential issues pretty quick.

I just bought the cash game one for bovada and every time I open a table it will only capture one hand. It will not grab any other hands for the session.

I already tried letting the table run at normal size and at the very smallest size and it will only capture one hand per session.

Any ideas?

It's likely your table type or the DPI settings. Can you send support a screenshot of your bovada tables running. They will be able to tell you right away and get you running correctly. Just drop the screenshot into this form:

There's a new .28 version up. Some general bug fixes and catching improvements along with some new troubleshooting steps.

Full tournament support is still in the works and close behind.

I'm not sure how the software works, but assume that it reads the interface of the table somehow since bovada doesn't write hand histories. Does this mean that all tables must be visible when using it or can they be stacked on top of each other as well?

Yeah, they can be stacked or whatever. It doesn't matter what's on them. It will read and write the hands as they are played.

You're welcome. I'll put my note under the question below:

Some issues we've been having:
1) You can't click time bank when the program is running. When you try clicking nothing happens.
Time bank button added, and an auto timebank feature as well. So if you time down it will auto extend for you. You can turn this on or off in settings.
2) You can't open the hand history when you click last hand, nothing comes up.
Last hand button has been added.
3) PT doesn't seem to recognize if play switched between HU and 6max at a 6max table.
All reports are this is corrected.
4) There are still a decent amount of random flashes..
This has been reduced a lot. It's still going to happen from time to time. On my system for example, I pretty much never see it. Every couple of minutes if I have a ton of tables running from other sites on top of 4 from bovada, I will see a quick flash. All reports by users are the same. The only problem we've seen is someone trying to run this on a mac emulator. Other than that it's not very noticeable.

Still not working for FR tables....already sent logs. The hud will work for the first couple hands then stop. If i restart it it never comes back.

I ran the program for 3,143 hands and got 268 errors (8.53%).

Errors:
Invalid pot size/winnings - 149 times (55.60%)
Invalid pot size - 44 times (16.42%)
Invalid pot size & rake - 7 times (2.61%)
No players listed - 24 times (8.96%) <--- these were at full tables and it looked like it just stopped working in the middle of the hand.
P2_2473699CE invalid raise - 15 times (5.60%) <---- these all listed the player name before the error.
Encountered unexpected end to hand history - 27 times (10.07%) <---- these were all at full tables with normal play and the table did not break after the hand
Invalid flop line encountered - 1 time (.37%)
Invalid stack:P3_309152FS - 1 time (.37%)

Just trying to give you info to help the the process of fixing the bugs cause I think it's a great program and I really want to use it. But I can't until the majority of these bugs are fixed. It looks like if the "Invalid xxxx" errors are fixed, that will catch the majority. Those made up around 75% of the errors.

Can someone give me a breakdown of which games (cash, tourneys, omaha, NLH, etc) this software works on with HM2 or PT4?

I'm trying to decide which one to purchase. I'm primarily a SNG/tourney player, but I do play a lot of 6max PLO and sometimes O8.

You probably didn't see in here, but I've been asking for anyone playing FR if they can replicate this error with a version that we have so we can fix it. Our whole team spent over a week trying to replicate this with several testers, myself, the developer, etc... no one was able to. If you PM me your e-mail, I can send you a version and once we have the screens of what's happening, the developer should be able to fix this super fast. It's just impossible to do if no one we have can duplicate this. And believe me, we spent a lot of time looking at this and trying to just get it to happen once with no success.
