Hello,

I am using the BET ONLINE HUD Converter and I accidentally uninstalled the wrong PostreSQL database for HM2 - I reinstalled and the database is now gone which I'm fine with.

However, the converter does not seem to be working with HM2 now. HM2 detected 7 hands out of 6 hours and I set the file path to the correct folder in site set up , ipoker, etc.

When I open the site set up folder \betonline card catcher\Handhistories there is not subfolder, it is empty. Is this my problem?

How can I fix this? Thank you for help!

oh yes, I should add that the HUD still shows up and seems to work perfectly which confuses me a lot!!!

I know it says that this is the bovada card catcher forum but your BET ONLINE converter has this support page linked at the bottom of that page.

I am having issues with the latest version and it is extremely frustrating. It is not identifying that I am at the table.



As you can see, I am in Seat 6 and have played 3 hands and instead of identifying me as Seat 6, the HUD is identifying me as Player 6 and none of the hands are filtering into my active session.

I am using HEM2 version 2.0.0.8454 and the latest Ignition Card Catcher version - 2.08.0. In the Ignition Card Catcher settings, I have preferred seat set to 4 for 6Max (as shown in picture) and also have preferred seat on the Ignition settings itself.

Here are the folders I have under "Site Setup" in my HUD

I'll answer your PM, but it looks like you don't have preferred seating set in HM2 also. If you're using HM2 you need to set it on ignition, in the catcher, and in HM2.

Let me try that before I gather the log as you mentioned in the PM. Can anybody confirm which seat it is from HEM2 that corresponds to seat 4 (6max) on Ignition? It looks like 3 but the chart that pops up is a little confusing.

I'm using this program on Ignition with PT4, and can't get the hud to adjust to the proper seats. It's always in the same spot. I have preferred seating set up the same on Ignition and card catcher, but there is no preferred seating setting in PT4 for iPoker (which i guess is the only format now, I liked the pokerstars mode that it used to have).

Using the troubleshooting feature in CC and clicking 'no' when it asks if the hud appears in the correct spot, it just says to drag all of the players to the right location. Really that's a joke. I have to do that on all of my tables when i start my session every time? And if you want the mucked card pop-ups to show up in he right spot you need to move all of them too.

I must be doing something wrong I guess, I know this is not how it's supposed to work. The hud should be adjusting itself to the correct spot after it gathers a few hands from the table. But there doesn't seem to be any settings i can change to get it to.

Nm... sorry. You don't need to do this anymore. It just needs to be set the same on the poker client and in the catcher. As long as that is set, you should be fine.

You don't need to set preferred seating with PT4, just on ignition and the catcher. Go to settings again on the catcher. Make sure you have each table type saved (go through the drop down). Sometimes people think they saved them, but didn't. As long as those seats match up with ignition, you'll be set.

The drag advice is if you don't have preferred seating on. You need to position the HUD where you want and then lock and save. Then it loads in that position from that point on.

I am trying to get the card catcher working with my pt4 hud and having a strange problem. I use a hud with multiple hud groups for each player, this way I can position the stats in different locations on screen and not have a huge wall of text. No matter what I do though I am always missing one of the groups for one player at the table. It just never shows up. I have preferred seating on both ignition and in the card catcher. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Ok, thanks it's working now. Not sure what i had wrong before, maybe i didn't save the pref seats in CC.

It has been missing hands for me since the last Ignition patch. I think I've tracked down the how but don't know the why.

Notice the bottom left table, it doesn't see me as the Hero for some reason while at the other two it's working just fine. I'm using HEM2 fwiw. Any ideas?

Nothing immediately comes to mind honestly. I wish I was more of an expert with PT4. I know it ok, but not well enough to speak on multiple HUD groups. You can click on settings in the catcher, and click on create log and I can have someone take a look for any strange conflicts in your PT config files. But off hand I don't have any immediate advice.

Ok, cool. Glad you got it working. Yeah, I've seen others do this before. We should probably add an extra warning if settings were changed but not saved.

Gotcha. So it's not missing hands, it's not assigning you on one table for some reason. What version are you currently running of the catcher please? I saw this once before, but it was on an older version.

I recently downloaded the Ignition Card Catcher trial. I'm using it in conjunction with HM2. It worked fine first couple times I used it. I used it today and for some reason it had the hud blown up to a pretty large size. It was covering all the players and action buttons. I had recently been fiddling around with my monitor setup, maybe that had something to do with it. But I put everything back how it was before and exited the cardcatcher and the poker client. Rebooted, still having same problem. My trial is almost up. I'm interested in buying the program. Will there be a way for me to scale down the size of the hud?

Hi - What you're describing has something to do w/ the settings you changed. The catcher is just writing hands. It's not controlling the size of your HUD or monitor settings. Perhaps try re-installing HM2, and make sure you reset all of the monitor settings you changed. Check your font size as well. That is probably the most likely culprit. Go into windows settings and look for DPI or font size settings and scale those down.

Hi, I'm using the trial version of BCC w/ HEM2. I played 2 HUSNG's for a test run of BCC. I won one match and lost the other. But HEM2 is saying I lost both matches? Does BCC not track wins, losses, ROI etc. accurately w/ HEM2 for SNG's? I thought Id asked previously in the thread if it did, and it was confirmed it did in fact track for SNG's but not MTT's.

The HUD worked properly on the tables during matches. So I dont know if the cause is something I did wrong on my end setting up or something else?

S&G's results are tracked through your database. It's not something the catcher can do. But yes, it should track S&G results. What version of HM2 are you using?

I'm having this issue now after the new update. This is when auto posting the blind too, it still didn't recognize me as hero one one of my tables. V frustrating


Do you have a link to the previous version? I still have 2.0.7.3 in my downloads (4/2016) and I am thinking of reverting to that version because i didn't have these issues with it just a few weeks ago

Now tonight twice I received this error which resulted in all my tables and card catcher shutting down. I've only seen this error once before in ~year and twice tonight, right after the new update. Anybody else?

It tracks how many I've played correctly I believe. But winnings are wrong. And it doesn't track 1st or 2nd place finishes correctly.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue, but no, I've had zero reports of any issues from anyone. The person you quoted above had a really old version of the catcher and an update fixed it.

Are you using version 8.1 now of the catcher? Or 8.0? Previous versions are listed here, but I wouldn't recommend it:
