i bought the bv catcher last week. Emailed support twice and no response. I followed video and the product still does not work. I use PT4. Please help thank you. Im using win 7.

Did you e-mail support or the no-reply sales e-mail? Every single ticket to support is answered in order. Nothing goes unanswered ever ever ever.

Please double check this or PM me your e-mail so I can look for your e-mail through the sales e-mail address.

FYI, it's always one of two things. Either a table/card mod that the catcher does not like OR DPI settings for your windows is over 100%. Either one will cause issues. Fix those and it will fire right up.

So my set up is correct for 6max but not FR? Using PT4 btw, I've tried resizing the tables, didn't seem to work. The rest of the troubleshooting doesn't apply or is for HM2.

Been testing out the Card Catcher and having issues. Seems to run fine with only 1 table of 6max open, but once I open another, the hands don't import correctly into PT4. No card mods whatsoever. Thoughts?

ok what do i have to do my dpi setting are at 100. what mods do i need to fix on my software

Correct. That is entirely possible. If you send a quick screenshot to support they can tell you for sure.

We have lots of people who play full ring with it (including myself) w/o issue.

Alright so quick tournament support update. It's been delayed this week because the PT4 HUD is not launching properly. The hands import into PT4 fine though. HM2 is fine, and is in beta. PT4, the developers are working and testing some work arounds. Hopefully they will have a solution soon.

Is there an easy way to observe a table for a couple orbits before sitting down? I'll watch a table for a bit then take a seat and the HUD's move to incorrect players like it can't identify who hero is.

It will only observe a table for one orbit. Beyond that it will not per Bovada's TOS. They only want data that can be captured while present. We don't want to break their TOS or none of us will have the ability to have HUD's.

all the players names on the hud are in the wrong places when I use this. last time I played it recorded "Hero" as a different player. Makes it impossible to determine who is who.

Is there ever going to be a fix for the "preferred seat" issue? I wasn't sure if that was something you were planning on fixing or not. I've used the bottom seat for years now and when multi-tabling, it makes it so much easier. I understand if you're not, but it's a total deal-breaker for me.

Love the product and hope I get to use it someday.

Everything seemed to work fine today (haven't tried to play FR yet) but after looking at my graph is seems that my All-in hands didn't get imported. I had a handful of them and there are no spikes either way in my graph.

Quick update since I get a lot of PM's and messages to support about this recently.

PT HUD is finally working for tournaments. So HM2 and PT4 tournament support will be right around the corner. These guys have been working super hard these past 2+ months on it. There's been a lot of obstacles like getting tournament results, launching HUD, etc...

So for those who purchased advanced version, it should be here very soon, so that's great news.

When I don't set preferred seating in the Bovada settings, the Hud will be locked to have hero on seat 1 even if I am sitting somewhere else on the table.
