I don't have access to my HM2 right now, but resetting your active session stats for your HUD is a HM2 setting. I think it's somewhere in the HUD config where you select to only show stats for current session. I'm not sure it's possible to do that on the same table during the same session. I don't think I've ever tried or had anyone ask. It could be some setting I'm not aware of, I'll try and look at their manual and KB to see if I find anything.

I'm not sure about your net won amount for your opponent. What version of the catcher are you running?

I am running V.2.07.7 of the catcher and I down-graded my HM to the version suggested by the hand converter.

The net amount only happened once during roughly a 1000 hand session over 4 hours, so not sure what happened but felt a bit uncomfortable since other stats might be off but there's no way of me being able to tell.

I know there's a setting for HM2 where you can make your stats exclusive to session but that doesn't do anything for this software.

One thing that accidentally reset my hero stats for me was I changed my HEM filters settings for # of players range during the sesh, like in the past I've ran HEM2 filtered with 2-2 players, 3-3 players, 4-5 players etc.. When I changed it to 3-6 players all the stats on the tables became gibberish then after a hand it was normal but my hero stats were reset to 0 hands.

Surprised no one has asked about this seems like the grabber has been around for a while, pretty key to be aware of your own stats at these anonymous tables.

No, I haven't had anyone ask about stat resets within the same session. I'd assume not a lot of people are leaving and re-joining the same table, and concerned about their hero stats resetting. I'm really not sure this is possible, because it's at the database level. There's nothing on our end we can do to change any of that. I tried to look on their FAQ but couldn't find anything helpful. I'll try and ask one of their support people this week and see what they say.

Just to clarify

It's not resetting while sitting at the table I'm after.

For example, I sit at table "twoplustwo" for 50 hands and for whatever reason I left that table.

An hour later in the same session (haven't closed catcher or HM2) if I sit at the table "twoplustwo", all the stats of the players will be reset to 0 hands but my Hero hands still track the hands I played in the previous session and continue from there.

So my opponents would be seeing a different set of stats than what is being shown to me since I've sat the table.

Yes, I completely understood. It's going to be an option at the database level. Not something we can control really. I'm still looking into it. I contacted them today.

I think now we can. Before there was a reason why we couldn't. I'll have to ask the developers though, but yes, I think this would be preferable of course.

The card catcher doesn't support zone. Never has. There's no ID on Bovada like other fast poker sites, so there's no way to run a HUD and data is incomplete from Bovada.

I got a notice to update, but when I go to update it's giving me an error and doesn't do anything. I still have the same version. What do I have to do to get the ignition update?

Same here. It opened up and said my trial is expired and when I put in the serial number it couldn't connect to server

I'm getting the same error when I try to update to cash games. The serial key is already there but I get the same error as above.

To make a long story short, the license server is down. We've never had this kind of problem before but we were having an update done and somehow the rack the server was on got fried. So we literally had to put a new one together last night and we're in the process of restoring everything. Not everyone will have an issue trying to start up the software, only if you haven't run it for awhile or it's been a while since it's validated the license.

We've been working on it 24/7 this weekend since it happened, so hopefully we can get this fixed and completed very soon. Not fun. It should be back up tomorrow.

Thanks for everyone's patience. The server company we used had a major heat failure issue. It melted everything including the raid, so we had to setup a new server (different company). Just totally crazy.
