Correct. It detects a new player and then creates a new player ID so stats will reset. We had a temp bug in the last version that was causing issues, but this was fixed and the current release is fine.

Save the HUD layout once you have it setup. Once it's setup correct it should load on the tables fine. There were a couple of recent HM2 releases that had some HUD issues, so make sure you update to the latest HM2 and you should be fine.

No, because the opponent ID's are created at random. So what I've said on here is you want to use both then create a different hero ID in one of the products and import them and you can switch between the two quickly to see different hands. OR if you're using it to just import zone, then use the same ID and only import your zone files.

It does have an auto update, but we haven't auto updated for a while. Right now the latest release is .24. If you go to the website and download, you can just install onto your current version. Try the latest and see how it does for you.

There's lots of reading improvements, and a bug fix with players not being reset when a new player sits.

My trouble loading the HUD seems to be related to PT4. It loads fine when PT4 isn't running.

PT4 needs to be running for the HUD to run. If you're having an issue, just send a screenshot of your bovada tables to our support and they can get it working for you.

If anyone has any issues with a new players stats not being reset, please let me know. That should all be resolved in the latest build.

The default trial version isn't working right now if you download it, so if you'd like to try it, please contact support or let me know in this thread and I can e-mail you a trial serial that will enable trial mode.

I'm trying the trial out for the 1st time and the table finder won't find my tables. HM2

I just ran 4 tables for about 4 hours to get a 1,000 hand sample.
In those 1,000 hands, I got 77 errors...which is way better than it was a few weeks ago.

I got this error the most (48 times):

Then this one the second most (17 times):
Error: PokerStars: Encountered unexpected end of hand history. (Hand #2912636812) (Hand #2912636812)

Not sure what this one is, but I got it a few times:

I love this product and it keeps getting better and better. And I know you're currently working on fixing it. I bought the Cash/Tournament combo a couple of weeks ago and can't wait to use it. But until it's totally fixed and accurate, I'm gonna have to wait.

Still having flashing tables issue here. Emailed support with no reply. More than one table open and tables flash as soon as I click start catching. The product is unusable pretty much. Not to mention all that is said above about missing hands ect ect ect. And no reply from support makes me unhappy as well.

Thanks for the feedback. 17 of those hands are when you quit the table. Really they shouldn't be written at all. The others most of them will import, but the others we're working on reducing the rate. We plan to have it down to zero if this new process that we're doing works.

You're running it through parallels if I remember correct? You're going to see some flashing. But probably because you're on a mac, your monitor refresh rate is going to cause some problems. Once we have this new process in place, that shouldn't matter as long as you don't want auto time bank on.

These were observed tables that remained full most of the time....hence that error doesn't really make sense.

Anytime you leave a table that a hand hasn't finished, it will create a partial hand history. So you're always going to have some of these every session. Sometimes if you sit in the middle of the hand this will happen as well.

No I sent you an email specifically on 2+2. You responded with suggestions that did not fix the issue. And there is no auto time bank option in settings anywhere on Bovada.

Probably check your junk/spam folder. I can assure you every single question sent is answered. The support system won't let you move on until you answer or tag an e-mail.

Any ways, send me a PM with your e-mail or send support an e-mail and I can send you a refund. I think running it on a mac through an emulator is going to be a bit of a stretch. The new process will correct this, but if you're unhappy now, and unhappy with the support provided it probably just won't work for you.

The auto time bank is in the catcher program in settings, which I explained. It defaults to auto timebanking so if you run out of time it extends it for you. But to do that it needs to check the screen more often. But the bottom line is I think it's with your monitor refresh rate. I use it myself across 2 sites with very limited blinking. It doesn't bother me at all or testers that we use.

What's the eta on the tournament catcher?

When I bought them both a few weeks ago I was told the catcher was a couple weeks away.

I'm told an alpha version will be done monday. So if you want to give that a go you're welcome to. The toughest thing is just getting the buy-in amounts and matching them with tables since there's no good info that bovada provides. Now that's done then there's just little things to adjust for making it work.

Yes, that's exactly the issue. Right now it won't work with card mods. We're hoping in the future here that won't matter.

hands are not being saved in the hand history folder.

Any chance that hand catcher will support HM cloud?
I know it's beta but I figure I would ask.

This software acts so random for me, sometimes the hud comes up for half the tables, sometimes not at all, sometimes it stops after importing one hand. Sometimes the hh files are in the folder, sometimes only 2 or 3 of them are, still w/o the hud.
