We have a new version coming out soon, and one with bodog support.

New version - .22 is up for download. It will not come up as an auto update yet. You have to download it from the bovada catcher site and install.

- Card recognition should be at 100%
- Import improvements
- Bodog support added

Coming up is tournament support and we should have future version within the next couple of weeks that will work with all card and table mods.

Just installed the new update. Getting this error about every other hand:

Using PT4

Can you send support or me a screenshot of your bovada tables please? I'd like to see what's going on. Was it doing this before or no? (talking about invalid cards only).

I've closed down my tables for the night. But no, I was not getting this specific error before the update. My tables are set up at the minimum size, 2 on top 2 on the bottom. Where should I send my screen shot?

Nm about sending the screenshot. We figured out the issue. The issue is on minimum size tables only. It has an issue reading the 9. It's fixed, and just running some tests.

Ok, it's up - .23. This has that fix so the re-sizing should be a lot more robust now.

using .23 had an issue tonight that occasionally stats were not resetting when a player left the table

I noticed it twice, who knows how often it actually happened..

PT4, default table size, no mods, etc

No. It will only work with HM2 and PT4.

Why is my table flickering like crazy? Running on parallels on a Mac with i7 and 16g of ram. Waaaaay more than I need.... Very few programs open either... Using PT4.

Try sitting at a table. If your observing tables you're going to see more flickering. You can also try turning off the auto time bank feature in settings. Both should help.

I DL'd the HUD trial. I've double checked the directory folders and gone thru the tutorial, but no hands ever show up in the HH folder. Anybody help with this?

How does the Card Catcher HUD respond when players leave and join the table? Do the HH save correctly like with the hand converter?

I'm talking about when I sit at multiple tables the flickering starts when I play 2 or more tables. I don't observe tables. And I looked for a setting about the time bank on bovada but didn't see anything about time bank....?

I just purchased it yesterday and am having hard time with HUD on the correct spot.

after I move "+ sign" from HM2 to BOVADA table, it detects me(hero) on the correct spot, but some tables are not consistent and even Hero's HUD disappears.

How do you fix it?

It doesn't work with Zone.

Does the card catcher auto update?

I seem to be getting semi frequent catching errors with PT4 and thus missing hands.

It also seems to confuse players from time to time. Or at least not labeling seats correctly. If I hit "reset" on the PT4 hud it'll correct sometimes.

I think this is probably related to PT4 not importing all the caught hands correctly?

If I use the Card Catcher and the Hand Converter will the hands become duplicates(I hope)
