Please help! I just purchased the Bovada Card Tracker Gold Combo and my computer is not even letting me install it. I click on the link provided in my email, I click the EXE file once it's ready, then I'm asked if I will allow it to make changes to my computer, I select yes. The icon appears at the bottom of my computer screen, my curser becomes an hourglass...then everything goes away. It won't install at all. I've tried 5 times.

I have a new PC running Windows 8. What's happening? Please help!

Your virus / firewall are blocking it. Just either temp disable them, or add an exception so that it will allow the card catcher to run.

Are you sure you have your player ID set correctly?

I'm using the latest version of each and player ID is correct.

Can you go to settings, click create logs, and send that zip file to support? Is this for tournaments or cash games?

I have no one saying this is happening, and not sure there's a reason it all of a sudden would since it's worked this way for well over a year now.

Great, thanks for the update. I need to post the same recommendations in our manual / FAQ as well. Post Bovada update, all of the images and resources are coming from Bovada's server, not your local computer. So you're much more dependent on them being fast and not having any issue, or it can cause problems. So far this last month+ it's been much much better.

Why does card catcher still miss hands? Seems like mainly 3bet pots. How do you fix this? Also, why does the auto timebank only work some of the time?

Hi,

I am using the trail version and although the hands are being imported into my PT4 no HUD is showing.

Any idea why that could be? I started the catcher first then opened the tables as guided.

Why is it when I have multiple tourneys open in Bovada running BCC and holdem manager 2, the stats move at multiple tables if I try to adjust just one table? Please help this is very tilting.

For example villain stats are on the wrong villain so I move them but then on another table where the stats are correct, the stats in the same spot move to the exact same location. I've already tried independent mode and that still does not work.

was bovada card catcher always a license for 1 year or was that recently added because I don't remember that being the case when I bought it like a year ago but maybe I just never noticed the fine print

That was a really really old issue, but it shouldn't be doing that anymore. Can you turn on your logging in settings, and if it happens click create logs in settings on BCC and send us those. Would be good to see what the info is saying when the new player sits.

Maybe try updating. I have no one saying hands or missing. 3-bet pots shouldn't matter. I play on Bovada regularly, I'm not seeing any missed hands. So if you are seeing something, please create a log and send. I literally have no reports in this thread or support about hands missing.

I haven't even had a chance to test it yet, so .11 version of PT4 broke it again? With 7.3 version of BCC?

That .11 version was supposed to fix the auto note and color issue that they broke. Frustrating. I guess use .10 until they fix it again... sigh.

I have a long day of coaching softball / baseball today for my kids... but if someone can confirm the update from late yesterday of PT4 isn't working w/ v 7.3 of BCC, please let me know and I'll contact Derek and let him know. They are trying to resolve / fix those remaining issues.

+1. I am missing many more hands since the update. Although there is never an error message in PT4.

You are missing hands w/ what version of BCC and PT4?

I have no reports of missing hands other than these two posts. Sessions I've played, have not missed hands. But there's been a lot of PT4 updates in the last couple of days so I just want to get clear on what you're seeing and w/ what versions.

Yeah, don't use .11 of PT. The issues an update to fix the auto notes and color coding, and then broke the catcher again. So use .10 version of PT and it should work fine. You shouldn't have any missed hands.

I informed PT about the issue again. I posted this a couple of posts above, but here it is again.
