I have a weird issue where PT4's Note Tracker isn't providing auto notes while I'm playing. The HUD works fine and updates the stats correctly as I play, but it's just not adding in any of the auto notes. Anyone have an issue like that?

I'm running the latest PT4 version 4.14.10 and Card Catcher version 2.07.3

Seems this issue popped up when I upgraded PT4 to 4.14.10. I downgraded to 4.14.08 and the Note Tracker is working fine again. I also verified that 4.14.10's Note Tracker works with America's Cardroom...just not working with Bovada.

Yeah thanks, we're aware of this. We're going to talk with PT monday and try and find out what they did and get a fix for it.

What basically happens is when I open the 2nd table, the stats on my table changed the next hand to the player's names on the 2nd tables and continues following their hands that way until I close out the 2nd table and then my table HUDs stats return to normal.

FYI I updated to the new PT4 & BCC and the HUD stats are resizing correctly again! Hooray!

So that's what I was trying to explain. Right now if you open up a second table of the same tournament, the way the data is presented it ends up becoming to same, and thus it will confuse the data on both tables. We're going to look for a work around at some point on how to do this. It's a little borderline on Bovada's TOS so it wasn't top of the list.

In China using the BCC and PT, path is pokerstars, about 5% of the hand has not been recorded or errors. Unable to display the data using IPOKER path.

You need to update your version and use ipoker. You're going to see errors if you use the pokerstars method (which will be remove shortly).

I am getting major lag wrt hud stats updating my last two sessions (using pt4). Looking at the "View Today's Hands" tab, they seem to be importing correctly/immediately

the first time was thursday, which I think was the day I updated to the most recent version of PT4 and BCC

I tried reverting to the older versions of both today, but still having same issue.. anyone else?

Yeah it's strange. Like I said, it was working perfectly up until a few days ago. Nothing changed on my end.

I will do more experimenting (see if it's the same with HM2, etc)

Does the timebank feature work for anyone? And how to use it if it does?

I can't tell you how tilting this software is when I time out and then am able to see what I could have had on the flop. I just got screwed for a big big pot having a set in a min 3 bet situation due to being involved in a big pot in another table simultaneously.

There has to be a auto timebank software for this site somewhere, I'm willing to pay extra for it...

If your table alignment is off, then just open one table. Unlock the alignment and move it to the correct spots. Lock and save. Then tables you open from that point on will work.

Just bought the software and brand new to this. Couple questions:

Do we need Bovada Hand Converter if we buy Bovada Card Catcher? Does Bovada CC do everything the Hand Converter does? If so, I need a refund on the Hand Converter.

I used the tutorial on Bovada CC, and still getting no HUD. I have PT4 version 4.14.10 and Bovada CC version 2.05.9

Any quick way to solve this? Have limited time during the week with the exception of Friday's.

As far as the hand converter, you don't need it. The hand converter allows you to see all opponents hole cards, regardless of whether they go to showdown or not. It's just a slightly different product.

Note taking and color coding was broken in the PT update. Good news is they said they fixed it so it will be in their next release.

I'm not sure what you mean by stats reset. Haven't seen anything like that before.

What version of BCC and PT4 are you using? I've never had anyone say this before, and I've never experienced this either. However, since PT broke the catcher, who knows at this point. But observed hands have been fine w/ what we've seen w/ the latest BCC.

Anyone else seeing this?

So Fyi, I just had several people test this with BCC v 7.3 and PT 4 v .10 and no one is seeing that issue. I also played a short cash session. Observation worked fine, kept all stats before I sat.

Are you sure you have your player ID set correctly?

Hey FD,
I am overwhelmingly happy. I haven't visited this forum in a while because version 6.9 seemed to work flawlessly, but I've had severe lag on Bovada for two months. I followed every step you and others thought of:
1) I updated to the very latest bcc
2) turned off all animations in bovada client
3) started a new PT4 database
4) Turned off all unnecessary apps and minimized my PT4 and BCC and also minimized my client lobby.

Wow! I've played some marathon sessions with zero lag. I'm pleasantly shocked and happy.

Please help! I just purchased the Bovada Card Tracker Gold Combo and my computer is not even letting me install it. I click on the link provided in my email, I click the EXE file once it's ready, then I'm asked if I will allow it to make changes to my computer, I select yes. The icon appears at the bottom of my computer screen, my curser becomes an hourglass...then everything goes away. It won't install at all. I've tried 5 times.

I have a new PC running Windows 8. What's happening? Please help!
