No, BCC doesn't have stake level limits, but PT4 does. If you have the small stakes version, the cutoff for limit is .5/1.

Pokertracker put out an update this morning that fixed the HUD not coming up in their 4.14.9 version. You can get it here:

New version works, and we have an update also that will work no matter what version you have. Just finishing testing and will post soon. Apparently there's an issue with auto update. So we need to address that in the next build so these updates will be able to come up for everyone.

1. PT4 HUD not working on PT4 v4.14.9 upate fix.

So this one will work no matter which PT version you have (exception - really old versions before ipoker update). PT also put out an update to address this, and we just covered all bases w/ this update as well.

The HUD is still getting screwed up when you open a 2nd table in the same tourney. It moves the HUD data from the 2nd table to the table I'm paying. Can you please fix this? Would be nice to data mine the 2nd table when on the FT bubbles etc.

Hey, great software. What is the best strategy for being in a tourney when the hud gets messed up or stops working? Or when you need to restart the card catcher?

I assume its just closing the table and then re-opening it? I have never done that on a Bovada tournament and want to know if their software can handle such a strenuous task without making all my chips disappear or something.

Open tourney lobby. Fold hand and leave table. Take your seat from tourney lobby.

Not sure if this is a known issue or if it's been fixed yet, but:

When a game breaks and the final player leaves and I stay, any new player that takes the seat of the last session's last player inherits the HUD of the old player.

This never happens during a normal game. Only happens when it breaks then resumes if I haven't left.

Preferred seating was off for me too the new updated PT4 & BCC. I just had to modify it in BCC options for +2 seats on 9max then +1 for 6max and back in business.

Ok I understand that, but can you program your software to not mess up the HUD stats when we try to open up a 2nd table to rail it before a FT?

What basically happens is when I open the 2nd table, the stats on my table changed the next hand to the player's names on the 2nd tables and continues following their hands that way until I close out the 2nd table and then my table HUDs stats return to normal.

FYI I updated to the new PT4 & BCC and the HUD stats are resizing correctly again! Hooray!

I have a weird issue where PT4's Note Tracker isn't providing auto notes while I'm playing. The HUD works fine and updates the stats correctly as I play, but it's just not adding in any of the auto notes. Anyone have an issue like that?

I'm running the latest PT4 version 4.14.10 and Card Catcher version 2.07.3

Seems this issue popped up when I upgraded PT4 to 4.14.10. I downgraded to 4.14.08 and the Note Tracker is working fine again. I also verified that 4.14.10's Note Tracker works with America's Cardroom...just not working with Bovada.

You need some sort of proof of purchase or e-mail and you can contact ace poker solutions support and they can send it to you.

Ok, I'll have to check this out. I'm still not 100% what PT changed or why. I'll have to talk to their developers and ours. The regular seating was fine. It went to the correct spots. I'm not sure if the testers looks at preferred seating or not on this release. I know they were trying to get it out kind of quick.
