We've not had any reports of missing hands with PT4 and BCC. Are you 100% positive on your results, and if so we can look at your logs to see. But that's the setup I even use on my sessions daily and it's correct to the penny every time. I haven't heard of anyone in this thread having that issue with PT4. I'd be interested to see, but seems strange since PT4 with it has never been an issue pre bovada update or post. Hm2 had an issue with 1 or 2 hands, which should be resolved.

If this could get fixed that would be great, the reason its a pain is because you have to wait 5 minutes before rejoining a table if you decide to close out everything.

Yeah, I hear you. It's not really a fix as much as a work around. Like I said in the previous post about this, Bovada ported their mobile/web version to their desktop, and now all of the commands even for graphics are coming from their server. We have some ideas for a work around, but we wanted to get the other issues resolved since it's going to take a bit of time to puzzle through. We'll get it in there though.

Yes, I'm 100% positive on my results. I believe I may have just discovered why there are some missing hand histories. As I'm typing this I'm 4 tabling 50NL and in the BCC catcher window it only displays 3 of the 4 tables (Dionne,Cootio and Turku) The 4th table (El Dusto) doesn't show as actively catching hands. So the issue might just be with certain 50 NL tables?? Regardless of these issues, I really enjoy your product as opposed to HI so I have purchased the gold version. Hopefully we can find a solution soon? Keep me posted. Thanks!

Hello, sorry this question probably as been asked, if a player leave the table and a new player seat at the same seat, will the software see that and take it into account in order to update the HM stat for the new player?

Ahhh, ok. That makes much more sense. It looks like it had an issue with that table title/name for some reason. We haven't seen this yet (it happened in the older version pre bovada update). I'll have the developers check this out. Strange that no one else has seen or reported this. Doesn't seem like the name is that strange. Should be an easy fix though, thanks.

I just finished playing another session today, El Gusto 50NL did work and was properly catching hands. Although, once again today my results were incorrect. I was down about 10$ and PT4 shows that I was up 30$. I'm assuming there's another table name that wasn't catching hands. I was unable to tell which table it was this time, since I wasn't paying as close of attention the BCC window today. Hoping you can figure out what other tables are having these issues? If I discover it later today, I'll let you know!

And you're sure you have PS mode not enabled in the settings on the catcher? And your database is set as PT? I don't have anyone else reporting anything like this, so if you could verify that. And if so, then in settings on BCC, click enable logging. If it happens again, then click create logs in settings on bcc after your session and send that zip file to support. They'll be able to determine the issue.

Just downloaded the trial for this yesterday to use with PT4.

I noticed the hud seems pretty buggy. The hero tag seemed to mostly be correct and in the right spot, but for the other players it was hit or miss. Sometimes the hud was in the wrong spot (not the biggest deal). But sometimes the hud completely missed players and sometimes it was displaying a hud for a player not present. i.e it had a hud for player number 235 and there was no 235 at my table.

Are these known issues? I really would like to purchase this software if it worked mostly bug free!

It doesn't have to do w/ BCC. You probably have preferred seating turned on in Bovada, and not in BCC and/or you need to set your HUD positions on a table by unlocking the layout, moving them to their correct seats, and then and saving and locking them. Once you do that then PT HUD will come up in the correct spot.

So you're playing an MTT and there was a player # that wasn't present? No, we haven't seen that or had anyone say that was an issue. Typically we hear about that stuff pretty quickly, so it's hard to say what you're seeing, but it's not a known issue. No testers have reported, I haven't seen that happen when I play MTT's either. But obviously if it's an issue we'd address it.

I was reading bovada TOS and just so I understand doesnt it go against the terms.

Could bovada shutdown my account for using this software since this is considered a 3rd party software?

Is latest version still having trouble getting mtt prizes? I played a couple today and it did not get my cash in the 100k tonight.

No, it's not against their TOS. They don't want players accumulating data on other players which you cannot do. Geez, just a few posts above I said we wouldn't even produce a HUD for a site that was being requested by a user in this thread because it did go against that sites TOS. lol

It does not get MTT prize amounts, just S&G. We're still working on some methods to see if this is possible. For now, when you do cash on an MTT, you just have to edit and add it.

For sure. If you have any questions, just let me know. There's a video tutorial in there as well, and an online manual you can access from the BCC interface (top left). If you see that happen again w/ the MTT player, let us know. I've told testers to double check for this going forward, but we haven't had anyone report that to support or in this thread.

Just a heads up, I downloaded the latest PT4 update (4.14.9) and HUD won't launch, rolled back to 4.14.8 and it works fine.

I guess it has something to do w/ the new ipoker format their using since ipoker launched a new client. PT is taking a look and addressing it already, so I'll let you know what happens.

Where can I download 4.14.8, or how do i roll back to it?

So apparently my issue was that I had PS mode enabled. Everything in 50NL is working perfectly. But I am having some other issues with SNGs and Tournaments. The HUD only appears when I'm playing low limit SNGS. When I play the medium limit ones, the HUD doesn't appear. I also noticed when I observe any medium or high limit cash game the HUD also doesn't appear and in PT4 it displays an error message stating :

Error: iPoker: Unable to import hand (#3238236650). Reason: Cannot import hands of limit $1/$2 (6 max) due to current license

Is BCC limited to micro and low limit play? I apologize if I'm just doing something wrong on my end. I'm pretty new to using HUDS and such. I appreciate your quick responses!
