Yeah, you'll need to import into another DB as someone stated. It will just create duplicates. If you can turn on logging and if you see a hand missed, please go into settings on bcc and create send logs, and send the zip file that it creates to support. We're trying to get any other outlier issues that exists so we have it working 100% after the latest Bovada update.

You sure you don't have PS mode enable in settings on the catcher? It sounds like you do. Also the output file isn't .txt, Pokerstars is. Ipoker is .xml. So I'm guessing you don't have it set correct yet in BCC. Just uncheck use PS mode in settings.

Update to the latest version. This was fixed in .8 version. .9... let me go back and grab it.

I use Avast, and turning it off seems to have worked. Avast is typically pretty light on messing with installations, in fact, this is the first issue I can remember. I run the settings as loose as possible though.

I used to use comodo firewall when I was doing more questionable activities on the web but stopped using that probably a year ago for windows firewall. Haven't regretted it yet. I am just stuck on AVG/Avira/Avast still being the best when most everything that is legit free is probably pretty close.

Any idea when the HUD locations layout will be fixed? Ever since the big Bovada update my HUD will be in the right 'spots' within the table, but not corresponding to the player they are next to. It doesn't seem to learn to rotate around the table as it use to.

hey freak daddy. i am using 2.06.9 on two computers.

on one its working perfectly fine. on the other in hm2, it is not picking up any decent sized pots. It says i lost 852 dollars in session. I actually won 240 ish. It says the biggest pot i won was 43 bux. and then my biggest loss was 60 dollar pot. I played a lot of big pots, and it seemed like it was only recording my losses and the numbers dont add up. Even when i look at my biggest pots lost it doesnt show pots that add up to 852 loss so im confused.


I am running it in ipoker mode and hero is labelled for ipoker. And on one computer i have it running fine so im confused why i am having problems on one pc.

I dont know how to send the log files.

i clicked create log in settings. and it said log is made in bcc folder,but dont know what that means or what to do.

There's nothing to fix. When you change to ipoker mode though, you'll likely need to unlock and move your seat position and then lock and save again. Once you go that, then it will work from that point forward.

After you click create log there's a link to open that directory. The file is going to be game-xxxxx.zip. If you closed that already, then just go to the card catcher directory and look for that file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher

Updated + purchased, HUD is working alright now, catching hands is going well so far, seating preference is alright for now, I just do not know how to set up Hero in the aliases or w/e it was (hm2)

once in bovada card cather folder. do you want me to send the BCC text document? There is a bcc-logs-2016-01-26-04-08-59 folder. I think thats what was created but i dont know. In that i see the BCC text document. ill send that now either way, but dont know if im sending the right thing.

Not in any sub folder. If you click on create logs, it will have a link on a pop up that will bring you to this folder. Since you already created it, just look for a file that will look like this:

games-2016-(whatever date and time).zip

It will be a zip file.

hey. I am using trial version with PT4 and bovada. It tracks my SNG play and displays the HUD, but when I go to database it doesn't register wins for the Triple or Nothing. It says place finished "0" and still deducts the buy in. I know SNG probably are not a huge concern, but just pointing this out

New to BCC. Using with HEM2.

How do I view my Bovada tournament HHs in HEM? In HEM, for Hero alias's all I see is my WPN alias, nothing for Bovada and nowhere to view Bovada HHs for tourneys I played yesterday as far as I can tell.

I'm also having a problem with seat position in mtt's using the ipoker setup but the hud locations at each new table seem to be appearing randomly for me, not just one seat over. I can drag each individual hud to the correct player but that becomes quite difficult when multitabling. Is there a simple step I might've missed in setting up the card catcher or poker tracker settings? Otherwise the catcher is working perfectly, thank you for updating it so quickly.

I'm having the same issue. Playing cash games and I have to readjust the HUD positions every time I sit at a new table. I've enabled auto center within the iPoker config in PT4, but that doesn't help.

Massive thread, so I apologize in advance if I'm asking a common question with an easy answer.

Is it standard for several cash hands per session to have errors and not be counted by the database?

I'm loving the use of the HUD while playing, but looking at stats after a session is somewhat futile, as about 5 percent of the hands are apparently not in the mix for me.

Hey Freak I know its been a while but Im trying to get the catcher working again.

You told me that since I was running on PT4 before I would need to manually edit this file to be able to use it for HEM2.

I tried to do that but when I save from the Note Pad or whatever it asks if I want to replace this file. I click Ok. And an error pops up that say ACCESS DENIED.

Let me know what I can do...



Edit. Never mind I just found that you put the option to change in with a new build. Ill try to get it working now. Hopefully you don't hear from me lol
