I put the fix out above. The issue was odd because there was no ignition update, but I guess it was a chrome engine update, and only a small percentage of people faced the issue because it depended on if chrome was breaking up the data streams or not. Any ways, it's fixed so just download and install the update.

If you forgot your pw, use the pw recovery option on the login, or just contact support and they can get it for you.

That depends on the games you're playing really. But obviously the further you get out into street data- say river stats, the less useful they will be because of sample size. But the primary usefulness of capturing your data in real time is having the ability to instantly review your sessions, and track your results. Of course basic data like vpip/pfr, agg%, etc... is useful even in small sample sizes.

Since i didn't get to try it on another PC, i bought a license. It's working fine with the BOL card catcher. just want to ask if you have any suggestion on where i can get a HUD profile specifically for anon tables. thanks

Hi, I just switched back to your software this week after using PT4's hand grabber all year.

And I just had my 1st feeeze of Igntion all year right now. I had to complete reboot to get it working again.

It could be on Ignition side, but not liking this coincidence of this happening the very first week of switching back to your software.

I didn't have logging enabled so no way you guys can check this out?

Also you guys still are not able to retain HUD data info after restarting PT4/ICC?
