What's your setup? Are you running ICC on your MAC? The quick answer is yes, but I'd need some more setup info. You can always download your hands from ignition and import them as well. That doesn't have anything to do w/ the catcher though.

catcher not working for me on zone, only regular (non zone) tables

i have latest version (2.15.3) and have tried running everything as admin and also not as admin

Yes... and I think hm2 supports it as well. Use the trial and make sure it meets your needs and if you have any questions or need assistance just ask.

i dont think it has to do with db, the hand history files are not being generated

Make sure ICC is open first. Try and run it without PT open and running and see if you see the hand history files in the hand directory of ICC. If all else fails you can send a log to support by clicking settings in ICC, and click generate log. Send support that .zip file so they can check your settings and help you get it running.

Card catcher on my computer says cannot run this app on your computer. I use it every day pretty much and have had this issue before. I go to reset license and computer says your connection is not fully secure and then won't let me proceed.

It will always work for zone as long as you make sure you load one table at a time. Any log I've seen where it's not working, someone launched 2 tables simultaneously. Just make sure you load one table, when that's up, load your next. I'd also suggest shutting the app down between sessions. If you're still having an issue, send a log to support by clicking settings in the catcher, and create log.
