I'm trying the Ignition card catcher with PT4 to run it on Bovada. I followed the instructions in your manual but I'm not getting a HUD in my tables. I need a little help on how to make this work. Cheers

My trial is over and i wasn't able to make it work.. is it possible to get another trial?

There's no way to extend trials for this product unfortunately, but it does work as stated.

anyone use h2n and ignition hand catcher? i cant get player huds to show up in correct positions. it changes every new table. any help?

positions work fine and stay in the correct places at all times on hem2 but i would like to use h2n

Not sure what you mean, the catcher works fine and you should have a HUD. Are you having an issue?

Hi.

I have 2 questions and 1 issue.

Question:

Is the program working with the last update of PT4 v4.15.28?
Is the program working wail using Table Tammer?

Issue:

I try to purchasse your pruduct; but once I add the program to de cart I can't proceed from there, because when I go to me link of cart the cart gets empty.

I have a few buds using this with PT and it works with the latest version but you may have issue with TT.

I don't knwo what happened but now everything is going well in my shop I use Opera it all get fixed when I restart my PC, thanks for the info.

Hi, I'm trying playing with HUD and the card catcher is working great for me.. I just want to ask if there is a option for the HUD not to show on a specific table but appear on my other tables.

The database i'm using is H2N....

Ok, cool. Good to know. I assumed it would be some setting, but I haven't used h2n quite as much as other databases.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue, but catcher wasn't grabbing my zone hands for some reason today. Haven't had an issue like this for a while.

I was simultaneously playing regular tables as well and they had no issue.

I assume whatever happened it was temporarily on Ignition's side. I don't have any reports of problems w/ the catcher or w/ drivehud.

It's working as far as I can see. Maybe try and reboot. Make sure you didn't press to load 2 tables at the same time. Load one zone table, then your next one.

Having the same problem here with regards to grabbing zone poker hands. Looks like ICC is only writing HHs for regular tables here on Ignition

Yeah, we're checking into this. Drivehud still works with zone, so I'm assuming it has something to do w/ database updates. Nothing has changed on ignition / bovada's side, and Drivehud uses the same catching process and it's working fine. I'll let you know when we know more.
