Ok, sending it over. Happen again tonight. I couldn't get the HUD to load for the 8:15pm bounty after a rebuy. PT4 was picking up the hands fine, just ICC wouldn't load the HUD. I ended up relaunching PT4+ICC which lost all my HUD info on the other table too which has not been happening lately either. Thanks

With all do respect FD, it is not strange. It's been the same reoccurring issue with your ICC software for a very loooong time.

I just stopped complaining about it because relaunching the table fixes it 99% of the time & the HUD data always gets retained these days unlike the older versions of ICC and/or PT4.

I'm aware of the re-buy. It's not an issue as much as a feature limitation on those MTT's. I was talking about the HUD not loading, which I assumed he meant at any point.

Is it allowed to use a HUD while played on Bodog? So far ive been using Drivehud HUD on normal tables but im a bit worried.

Yes you can use a HUD on bodog.

Its working very bad on bodog. Missing a lot of hands and sometimes it doesnt load correctly, so I have to restart all the softwares. Very annoying.

Nothing major has changed in the software in quite some time. It should be working 100% w/o issue. If you're missing hands or having a problem, make sure you do the following:
1) You have to have the catcher loaded before you load Bodog.
2) You have to make sure you don't have two tables in the loading phase at the same time. Load one table, once it's loaded, load the next one.

As long as you do that it will work 100%. If you think you're having some issue, then please click on settings in the catcher, create log, and send the .zip file to support so they can see what's happening w/ your system.

Having issues when I mix zone/reg tables, where one of my reg tables isnt being caught/added to HM2.

Do you have the latest catcher in this thread? What version do you have? No, that's of course not standard. If you're playing zone though, make sure you don't have two zone tables in the loading phase at the same time. Load one zone table, and when it's up, then load the next.

Can you click on settings in the catcher. click create log and send the .zip file to support. It could be an hm2 setting, because when they did their last update for ipoker it caused some issues. We can confirm when we see your log. You can attach it here:

Is it possible to get the HUD working with HM3 using the card catcher? I know HM3 has a card catcher built in but I was having loads of issues with it and the HUD wouldn't show on tables and would be on the wrong table etc. I decided to renew my CC licence but I can only manually import hands and the auto import/hud doesn't seem to work. Has anyone got the HUD working on HM3 using CC? Sorry this is probably more of a HM3 question but if anyone could help it would be appreciated

I am using version 2.15.0. I can manually import the hands without any issues but they don't auto import at all. I have tried messing around with the time offset as I thought it might be that but that doesn't seem to be the problem and the manually imported hands are showing the correct time in HM.

Do you have any idea as to what the problem could be? I have tried asking HM support but they just told me to get in touch with you! Thanks!

If they are manually importing, then it sounds like a settings issue. Quickest thing to do is click on settings in the catcher, click create log, and send that .zip file to support. This way they can check all of your settings and see what is off.

I am also having trouble with the card catcher on Zone. It seems to write the histories fine, when I load the history file into Snowie it works great. But when I import it into PT4 it only imports a small fraction of the hands each time - no errors, it just acts like there's only a few hands on the file. I had emailed into support about this a few months ago with log files and hand histories, they confirmed it is a bug and would work on it. I just tried it again today and it is doing the same thing - I have the latest Catcher and PT4 versions. Can you please look into this? It is really the only reason I got the catcher (to import zone hands into PT4). I can re-send log/history files or bump the old email from support if need be. Would greatly appreciate it.

We did update and fix this. It was a change w/ PT4 that needed to be addressed. What version are you using so we can confirm this? Thanks.

I tried again this morning with those versions and still had the same issue.

Ok, click on settings in the catcher. Click create log. Please send support the .zip file it creates and we'll take a look for you. I do think there's a current issue w/ some tables naming the same seat twice if you sit at a full ring table that's not full. It could be related to that if you're playing full ring.
