I'm having a small issue. My HUD is not sticking to the right player. Its not really a problem, i can just re position the hud but its a bit a hassle at times.

You have preferred seating on at ignition and not in the catcher. You need to click settings in the catcher and configure your preferred seating the same position you have on ignition and it will be correct.

You HAVE to make sure that your table is fully loaded before you load your next table, especially in MTT's. You should never have this problem at all. I have zero reports of this with Drivehud or the catcher.

If you're 100% sure you're doing that, please send in a log to support.

FD,

I just loaded my BOL and Ignition card catcher before they expire. I noticed that when i load both at the same time, my preferred setting isn't working right. Not a problem for me because i'm already using DH but just want to inform you of this issue.

No Hud

It's importing and the files are in : C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Ignition Card Catcher\Handhistories

My graph shows hands, but my hud isn't showing up..

Thoughts?? I just updated to the newest version posted in here no lucky same thing...

Folder after processed into the graph.

Graph seems accurate

Edit: The Card catcher was also in my pt4 folder I deleted it there and just it in just the Ipoker one It's in ignition too..

EDIT: Think it's fixed it glitched and started to use Pokerstars as well for the file location and both pokerstars and Bodog didn't work.

I went and deleted both and made new folders for Pokerstars and solved that first then Bodog worked again..

Very strange...

hey, is icc supposed to work properly with h2n ? im trying lately, hud is working well, but when i go to the report it shows very weird numbers for my results.. ie. like im winning to 200bb/100, finished session winning +100k...

and when i check on the replayer is counting like im winning +100bb on hands where i just go all in and opponents folds..

whats happening?

With a multi-monitor setup; when I have the CC app open on my 2nd monitor, but new tables open / pop up on my first monitor they are not captured unless opened on the same screen the app is open on. Is that a bug?

Update to the latest version:

Fully loaded means that it doesn't say loading on your table screen. You won't have this issue if you make sure that the table isn't in the loading phase, before you load your next table.
