I would appreciate some clarification please. I understand the need for downloading of hh's from Ignition, for use in pt4 and hm2.
I think that the hh's must be converted for hm2, but will be supported in hm3 without having to be converted. Is this true or false?
Is your software converter required for the hh's to be used by pt4?
Since Ignition is 'supposed' to be anonymous, with no tracking/hud's allowed, your CardCatcher software will produce a hud on the table, even though the opponents are anonymous?

For the card catcher (this product thread), it will produce a HUD in real time and track players for that session. You need the card catcher for PT4 if you want to track tournaments and S&G's.

Sweet, I think I've found the right thread to ask this question. I used to play Pokerstars Zoom. Now I want to play Ignition Zone. I've only just signed up to Ignition. I am a bit clueless. Do I need to buy a "cardcatcher" even after purchasing HM2? Why isn't HM2 picking up Ignition in Site Setup? (Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times).

Hi there,

is there an Update available?
Since yesterday, the Bovada-Client is closing immediately when Card Catcher is already opened.
Same problem, when i open Bovada first.

I am already using the latest Version of Card Catcher (v2.12.0)

Since the update I have noticed it is failing to recognize a new table opening a few times

Also

It has also stopped catching hands on active tables that it was previously working on and I have had to close and re open tables
