I paid you guys $39.99 for the tourney catcher and all I got was a receipt from paypal with no serial number to activate. WTF. I'm sure its somewhere but I see nothing. I checked all my email accounts, I tried to login to ace poker, I dont see ****. I also emailed support (brian) no response yet. I called the 845 number which told me no support over the phone, only email. You guys should have someone sitting there waiting to respond to support emails not having customers look all over the place for the ****ing number to activate.

You're using an older version of HM2 so you can use the converter too?

If that's the case, I'd just advise installing another instance of HM2 and have the latest version of hm2 w/ the catcher so you don't need to use table finder. Any of the newer versions of hm2 (year or more newer) the HUD will auto load.

Hello,

I am using HM2 and I'm on the trial for the card catcher, but I am having a few issues.

I have it working about 75%.

How do I identify myself in the name player list when I am looking at the sessions? The player names are all "P1-832428TT" etc and I don't know how to select myself from this list.

There's no message in the catcher about reverting to an older HM2. I think you're talking about the hand converter. They are two different utilities.

does hm2 automatically track through the CC as ipoker hands or do I need to set it up manually in some way? the tut vids dont seem to be playing for me atm

If you have HM2 closed when you setup the catcher, then yes. Otherwise you need to manually config that. The catcher will let you know this though, that you should close hm2. There's the printed manual if the videos aren't playing for you:

The 'Enable Auto Timebank' feature in Card Catcher is selected yet it isn't activating in-game for me. I previously had no problems with it and it was working fine but all of a sudden it stopped. I did update PT4 so maybe that has something to do with it? Any idea?

When i click renew license in the software i get sent to an empty shopping cart. And when i enter my license on the website to buy a renewal i get in a infinite loop going nowhere. I sent an email to support. Eager to send you guys money so i can get in the games ASAP

I have uninstalled both Ignition client + Card catcher and re-installed. I also uninstalled PT4 and re-installed the previous version of PT4 when the timebank extension would work.

I'm running v.2.11.6 of card catcher and Version 4.15.3.880. alpha of PT4.

The last couple of days my hud is only collecting a few hands per half hour; it's very slow. I'm using PT 4.15.3 because 15.3.880 Alpha doesn't work with note caddy. I've created a new database on PT4 to see if that helps. What else can I do?

Yes 15.3.880 Alpha is buggy in that you cannot access NC generated notes on your hud while using it. Are you saying there's an even newer version than this? When you said, "that" version is buggy, what version are you referring to? Can you please link me to the version of PT4 newer than 15.3.880 Alpha as I'm not seeing it.

The newest version -PT 4.15.4 doesn't work with notecaddy generated stats with or without their own handgrabber.
Tomorrow, I'll download an earlier version of PT4 and an earlier version of your card catcher.

Ok, sounds like a mess. Let me know what you find. I need to take a look, but honestly haven't had reports of people having issues once they turn off the internal grabber. But maybe they don't know NC isn't working or don't use it. Not sure.
