Correct. It just imports like the site says. You could run a HUD w/ it, but because it's anonymous all of the stats would just say zero.

I bought the Hand Converter back in June of 2014 and the Card Catcher in August 2015. Have never been prompted to renew since then and last used everything about a month and a half ago, but tried today and none of my licenses are working. I'm fine with paying to renew if I need to but not sure if I should have been grandfathered in. Can someone let me know? Thanks.

Yes, if you're playing on downloading to see all known hole cards then you need the converter too. All opponent hole cards are only available 24 hours after play, so they can't be grabbed w/ the catcher in real time.

I have no idea. I've never heard of anyone having that issue, so I'd need to see your log to see what's going on. If you click on settings in the catcher, and click on create log, if you send the .zip file to support, they can have someone look at it.

Have you tried Drivehud, and are you having the same issue with that?

I'm getting this message when i start ignition card catcher http://prntscr.com/kh4uq2 prompting me to upgrade to the most recent version of pokertracker 4 even though I have the most recent version. The Hud still seems to be mostly working just have to restart it a bit more often

When I started ICC today it asked me to update, after doing so it won't catch any tables. I've tried stop/starting catch and restarting software. Will tinker with it and see what else I can get it to do but not sure if bug or not.

So annoying... the ignition converter prompts me to download the hm2 every time (so i can see known hole cards and such) and finally i download the previous version from the link i click and now i can't get HM2 running

There's an option to have it not show you that message. It says right on there, check here to not remind you anymore and it will only show that if known hole cards is checked in settings on the converter.

Try re-installing HM2 again, reboot. I've not heard of anyone every having an issue after downgrading, so I'm sure it's something simple.

Sounds like you need to reset your activations. You can do it from this link. I'd run it twice just in case.

Is it normal for the cardcatcher to miss a lot of hands? I used notice it missed the odd big hand but it seems to miss lots of smaller hands everyday as well?

No. We've had zero reports of any missed hands w/ the card catcher. If regs/grinders ever miss anything, we hear about it pretty quickly.

You're likely dropping connection, but if you look or send your log, you'll be able to see in there if it's a connection drop or not. But no, in general you should never miss any hands at all.

How do you know which table ID is which to attach the HUD w/ crosshair? This is in HM2.

Trying to guess between 4 tables every session is time consuming
