CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD - Page 173 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Hey! So I've bought the card catcher, the tournament version, and am using holdem manager.

When I play an ignition sng, the card catcher has the table listed at the bottom right, however, none of the files are going into c/programfiles/acepokersolutions/ignition card catcher/hand history. This folder is empty, and I'm not sure why. This is also the folder I have linked under auto import in my HM2. Any help is appreciated!

Doc

You need to make sure you have the card catcher running before you have tables loaded. You also need to make sure that your table is fully loaded, before you load your next table.

Reboot. Same advice as above. Make sure you're not loading two tables at once. Load one zone table, then load the next.

tried all your suggestions and they still aren't being imported.Anything else I can try?

Did you change any site settings in your database? If you go into the HH directory for the card catcher when you play, are you seeing hands written?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Ignition Card Catcher\Handhistories

If so you can click on settings in the card catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file file to support. If it was working before, some setting must have changed, and we should be able to see what's off in the logs.

today after a 2 hours session only 11 hands were converted and imported to hm2. is there any problem on your side?

Nope. If you had a HUD running during that entire time though, then the data is in your database. Maybe check to see if you have any filters set and clear them.

I paid for this and have been using it most days recently and this morning I opened it up and its asking me to register, thinks I have a trial, and its giving me errors about 'could not validate license' 404 errors etc.

Presumably an issue with your validation servers being down this morning?

Hi, I saw a few months ago you said you were going to talk to devs about hands from zone being put into the same group as reg hands, what was the result of that?

I used to have my zone hands filtered in (FAST) on PT4, now they are put with the reg hands.

I'm trying to configure the card catcher HUD with HM1. I can see the HH is being imported into HM but I can't launch the HUD. Will it only work with HM2?

Also even though I can see the HH being imported I'm not getting the results showing up in the database because I have hands from a different poker site stored here. What is the player alias I should search for to add to view my statistics?

If anyone is getting errors using the Ignition catcher w/ PT4, there's a small bug in some of the latest versions of PT4. If you update to this latest alpha, it will resolve any import errors:
