If I manually download hands from Ignition, do I have to use the converter prior to importing them into HEM2? If not, what is the process to import these hands into my HEM2 database?

I am downloading the hand histories and requesting HEM2 to read the files to import to the database, but no hands show although the files are detected.

You have the latest and I haven't heard of any kinds of problems w/ recording, but if you click on settings in the catcher, and click create log, send that to support. I'll have development look and let you know what's going on. It might be a config issue. I'm not sure until we see it.

Yes, you have to use the ignition hand converter - which there's another support thread so we don't confuse people.

Hey Freak, having an issue when playing MTTs, the table is recognized on the card catcher, but the HUD won't show on the tables. Also hands aren't being imported to HEM. using v2.11.4 and HEM 2.0.0.8486. any help greatly appreciated!

Are you making sure that more than one table isn't being loaded at the same time? Is the MTT you're playing supported by your HEM? Meaning it's not a higher stakes than what your license is?

If you're sure about those things, then please click on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Send support the .zip file and we can see what's happening. I assume it's something simple. Nothing as far as reading MTT's has changed in the card catcher in awhile.

So is this working with zone hands now?

Yes, the latest versions work work w/ zone hands.

I updated card catcher to 2.11.4, and it still doesn't seem to catch zone hands? Tables dont show up in the box where reg tables do. Updated HEM to latest beta version to see if that would help, didn't work. Any idea what could be wrong?

Reboot. Make sure you load up your zone table before you start loading up other tables.

You're not going to have a HUD. You're just going to get stats tracked.

For example 50nl zone hands and 50nl reg table hands all go towards the same graph/stake for me right now.

No. But it does run well through parallels.

It should tag it as fast. I'll have to double check w/ the developers when they are in. I know we did this for drivehud, and I thought it was the same w/ the catcher.

one more question. You said it does parallels. Does it run on boot camp?

It tags as regular tables for me on pt4. Seperated from fast stats that i received from card converter.

If I start using the card catcher there is no sense in using the converter too, correct? in the past I used converter but I am thinking about using the catcher now so I have access to pt4 and HM2 HUDs

bought CC, had 4 tables of IG open(maybe even 5 at one point) and all but one table (6 max DON) was displaying HUD properly. I would start/stop and could never get the HUD to work on the DON table. the other tables were: 3 cash, 1 6 man turbo sng

The converter benefit is the ability to see all known hole cards, which you can't do w/ the card catcher.

Which database and version are you using? Latest pt4 now has an issue w/ the catchers because they updated their ipoker. We're looking into it.

Hello, this happened yesterday so I'm unable to provide any original hands from ignition yet but just posting to give you guys a little headsup that your card catcher isn't working. I get errors like this:

Now, this is over the course of ~5.5k hands but these hands tend to be big pots. Some patterns I found throughout the session from when I can catch these errors occur were:
1) they were multiway
2) all of them were played in 200NL, both zone and regular
3) most, if not all, were very large pots that either was 200BB+ pot size or went all-in

I'll be sure to provide the hand histories if I have any luck with the Ignition software tomorrow.
