weird issue here-

i had to get a new hard drive installed in my laptop and reset my license codes for the card catcher. every time i load up the catcher, it prompts me to register it- i enter my license code, it registers fine, works fine, but then when i close and re-open the program, it prompts me to re-enter my license codes again. why does it keep doing this?

Probably a windows update created a false mirror of your license. I've seen this happen a few times. It's an easy fix.

Look for this folder (it's hidden by default):

c:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\Mirror

If it exists, then delete that folder and then your license should work again.

You're running another 3rd party app like table tamer and it's creating a conflict.

- Fix for Ignition new player stats not resetting

Quick fix for a new bug at ignition/bovada. Player stats were suddenly not always resetting.

I just updated to new version and it is not automatically displaying HUD anymore, instead, I have to manually assign each one. Any suggestions to fix?

Nothing has changed in regards to that. I'd double check your settings. Maybe try and reboot your system.

Hi I am currently looking to try and get HUD working for ignition and buying the card catcher from acepoker.

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between the ignition card catcher and the ignition hand converter?

Card catcher allows you to run a HUD and creates hand histories in real time. The hand converter allows you to import hands 24 hours after you play, to see all opponents hole cards, but you cannot run a HUD w/ it.

Hello, have tried using card catcher with hem2 as well as pt4. Works fine for 10-30mins and then the hands resets to 1 in the HUD and its only pulling/displaying stats from the last hand. This isn't happening for every seat, some seats still show the amount of hands. Any ideas what could cause this or how to fix it? Thanks.

Nope. I haven't heard of this, so don't know. Seems strange that we're not getting hammered by tons of people who use it, because it's never functioned like this. Can you click settings, and click create log and send that .zip file to support?

What version of hm2 are you using?

2.0.0.8079; I believe I reverted to this version because Hand Converter mentioned that HM2 stopped showing hole cards.

Yeah, the HUD won't auto load w/ older versions because the poker sites changed their formats. So you can either manually load, and have known hole cards, or update HM2, disable known hole cards and have the HUD auto load. It's just a limitation of HM2 since they stopped supporting known hole cards awhile back.

Hi, I'm on PT Version 4.14.24.281 alpha and BCC 2.11.2.

Are there any updates I'm missing? I've been having no issues last week and all of a sudden, the BCC picks up HH's for a while, then the HUD stops updating stats. The Hero's HUD then disappears completely off the table. When I restart PT, the hands begin importing from hands played before I restarted the client and the numbers will then update to the new total hands for each player once caught up but soon will freeze up again so the HUD is worthless as it only updates after a restart of PT, even then, new players will have the previous player's stats in the HUD even after the original player left. Same goes for MTTs. At the beginning of a session, my HUD is visible but after the hand don't import, it disappears. Cash and MTT's alike. Please advise?

You have the latest version. Maybe it has something to do w/ your alpha. I'm not sure. I'd need to see your logs. Can you click on settings in the catcher, click create log, and send that .zip file to support please?
