Just to kind of reiterate what everyone else is saying: Arranging the HUDs with only one table AND setting it as a 10-max does work on just one table. Once you open that second table the HUD is not aligned correctly.

In attached pic, table on left is correct, table on right is incorrect. TO note, preferred seating is OFF.




EDIT: After changing my table to the 10max setting it correct itself. Although my seat is not centered. Just wanted to add that.

Yes, this is a result of the new jackpot table titles. It effected all tables. I'll post a fix build below for this and it should be back to normal now.

This should resolve in outstanding issues w/ regards to jackpot S&G tables, and it effecting the reading of the correct table size for other tables.

Eventually I did have a couple problems with hud not loading or on wrong table, but it is possible that multiple sngs popped at the same time.

Yeah, if that happens there not anything we can do. It will get confused on the data on not load. It's a limitation of Ignitions update since they started using java embedded in chrome. We've tried everything to have that not matter (like it used to function), but there's just no logical way around it because we don't control the data that's coming in. As long as you just have your table fully load before the next, it will never be an issue (I know S&G's this can sometimes be tricky though).

Sorry, you're right. The version number changed to a slightly different format and usually I click to make sure it works, but didn't.

Card Catcher is not catching tables.

Try rebooting. Card catcher is working fine. There's been no update that's effected it. Just try the basics first so that you've cleared out your cache by a reboot and start from square 1. Let me know if you're good, or I can look at your log, but there's no current issues.

Ignition Jackpot addition changed a lot of little things about the window titling, which should be 100% now.

I have had the same issue for a long time. I contacted support who told me that it was a "feature" and not a part of the actual program and that they have been busy working on other things

Auto timebank was a temp function added a long time back to help w/ a problem that was happening on Bovada software, and it was stated as this when it was implemented. It's not a feature of the software (and not currently listed as one), but it still does work on some systems, and we did what we could to fix this w/ the new Ignition update, but it's way outside of the scope of what the card catcher software is in order to address this for all systems. If enough people want it, I can look into adding full support for it, but I'd have to increase the pricing on the catcher and renewals because it's quite complex to add OCR to java embedded into Chrome (the new Ignition software) just for one feature.

As far as MTT's, we've issued updates to improve this when running multiple MTT's and having tables launch at the same time. We're continuing to work on this as we get logs as it's not something we can re-produce. It's only happening on specific setups.

Just wondering if the hud works with zone poker on bodog? Or is this just for reg tables? Thanks

It's just for regular tables. There's no way to run a HUD on zone. Drivehud will capture zone data while you play, but still no hud.

Anyone having trouble getting tables to open on Ignition?

Haven't been able to get the HUD to work for about a week now. Was hoping the update would fix it but it's still not popping up. It's recognizing the tables but not displaying the HUD.

Any ideas for an easy fix?
