I tried doing this the last couple days and it seems like not all my tables are showing the HUD. When a HUD isn't showing I close the table and reload it but that doesn't always work. I'll be extra meticulous about opening tables and let ya know in a couple days

Is there ever a possibility of this becoming "zone" capable or is that simply not possible with the way zone works? I love card catcher but am playing much more zone atm and sad abouy going back to downloading hands.

Obviously you can't run a HUD on zone, but we will at some point here implement the ability to catch the hands so it will import the data.

Right I'm not interested in the hud (though it's great for reg tables)

But yea if you make a catcher in real time for zone you can name your price imo.

The guys have been working on it, and it's already 90%+ there, so it will be in a future update here soon. I'm going to change the price to $1.5k/per license though since I can name my price.

shouldnt ICC look for and let you know automatically if there is a newer version available each time you start it up??? I just read on here that someone was using ICC v2.10.4. My version is v2.10.2. I went to the website and cannot find any info whatsoever of a download archive or how to see what the latest version is. I have been using ICC since it first came out and I dont believe it has ever updated automatically. I last played on 10-10-17 with no issues. I try playing tonight and ICC wont recognize my table.

I upgraded to the latest HEM2. The HUD works great.. until it doesn't. I have been careful about only opening one table at a time. I am still getting instances of the HUD not appearing on at most one table.

A few problems:
-HUD will not appear on one table. It looks like the catcher+HEM2 will still catch hands. When this happens, **** goes down. If you try to manually attach using the table finder (in HEM2), as hands get catched, it will actually overlap with other tables numbers. And even in some cases, the HUD will jump to the wrong tables.

-There was one instance where I tried to view the last hand from ignition. It opens a window and during that time, one of my sng's opened up. Presumably, I think this MIGHT qualify as opening 2 tables at a time as the sng after a few hands did not show a HUD.

-When a HUD does not show, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to show. Restarting ignition, HEM2, card catcher does not work. I even make sure to open HEM2+CC before ignition. Still does not work. Is there anyway to get a HUD to show if it is not showing initially? I'm even ok with just resetting the hands to 0 for that table.

In any case, this is pretty frustrating, I'm almost never confident in the HUD working anymore. I literally open up at least 6 tables before even playing just to make sure the software is actually working.

^^^I experience the same problem. I play SNGs and MTTs exclusively. I'm very careful to only open one game at a time. To the point now that I only register for 1 SNG and wait until it loads and has stats before registering another. Sucks having to do it this way as it takes longer to get a set going. But, I still experience issues.

Also, seems to go haywire whenever I get moved tables in an MTT. And once stats disappear, getting them back working on all tables is a nightmare.

I used to always multi-site with ACR. But, now I'll sometimes end up with Ignition stats overlapping stats on my ACR tables.

For now I'm back to playing one site or the other (ACR or Ignition), and when on Ignition I'm going HUDless.

I realize that the Ignition software changes are the reason for the chaos. But, reading thru this forum makes it all appear resolved, and it simply isn't.

I play MTTs and I still run into this issue daily of the HUD not showing up on numerous tables and I'll have to exit the tables and re-open them to hopefully get the HUD to show up, missing hands in the process.

And which version are you currently using?

You don't need to wait until stats show. Just that the table is loaded.

I don't see reports of people having issues from support. I've seen some people talk about having MTT issues w/ HM2 on 2+2. I don't have any reports of cash games. If you're having an issue, then I need to see what you're seeing, and sending a log from the settings menu in card catcher is critical for that.

I don't have any people having problems w/ the latest version, but with any major changes, there's always potential for something to be going on. MTT's are the most difficult thing to re-produce, so any logs you can send are immensely helpful. If there is some issue, we'll of course address it.

To date, any log I have is from an older version or someone not waiting for the table to load. Click on settings, click create log, and send support that .zip file and we'll be able to see any issue you're having. ty.

what is the latest version of ICC and how do you update?....I am on v2.10.2

everytime i load ICC it says searching for updates but is not finding any....i read a few days ago that someone was using v2.10.4

.4 is the latest. Not every version is auto updated. If they aren't, they are posted in here, they are posted in our forums (usually, actually .3 is the latest up), or just go to the card catcher page and click download trial. You'll always get the latest stable build if you do that.

If you can send ace poker solutions support a log that would be helpful. This way I can get someone in development to try and duplicate your setup to catch any issue you're seeing.

It does. Like I said in the post you quoted, not every release is set as an auto update. There are posted in here though, and in our forums as well.

what is the latest version for pt4?

My licensing is showing expired.. I then renewed it on your site, tried registering and no luck. Ive reinstalled and tried again. no luck. I look at my licenses in on your site and its there.

Is there anything else I can do other than just wait for support?

Why are some updates are not set to auto-update? Are they beta updates? I never check these forums or the site and honestly I shouldn't have to because that defeats the whole purpose of the auto-updating.

Ive been told my license was removed from the system, though it allowed me to pay my renewal.

The ticket was been passed to advanced support, but do they even work on the weekend? Am I stuck until late Monday my time at best?? Is there anyway I can get a trial licence for now?

Yes, because they are beta, and sometimes, usually when sites updates, there can be several updates withing a short period. We don't do auto updates for every one. The latest release will come as an auto update some time this week. But if you're having some issue, it's always best to check our update forums or here, or just contact support.

If you were able to renew, your license was removed. You just need to reset or maybe reset and delete your license file (if it's not loading). Yes, support is in on the weekends (not me though).

I updated to the newest ICC software you posted here and now while using PT4 my player HUDs are all over the table. Not sure why the new update would mess with my HUD placement. I re-positioned all my opponents HUDs back to where I had them pre-update expect one opponent's HUD is missing and I can't find it anywhere. I've scoured the PT4 website and can't figure out how to find the last opponent HUD. Any ideas how to fix this?

I had the same problem, a temp fix is to treat the table as 10-max.
