You're using multiple 3rd party apps at the same time. Once of which HI, is over writing where we write. If you reboot and just run the catcher, it will work 100%.

I know it's confusing right now because there's extra variables happening, but we've had this going now for a couple of weeks, and we've now run, just internally over 120+ tournaments (played and observed), and it's worked on all of them.

I'd suggest making sure you have the latest version, reboot, and just run the catcher only with your database.

Just make sure you're waiting for your MTT table to fully load before you load your next, and you don't have HI running at the same time. I'm 1000% confident it will work if you follow the guidelines.

Rebooting refers to rebooting my machine and not the program, correct?
What is the most optimal way to open the programs.. Open up hm2 first, then Ignition, then card catcher?

I have not been able to get my HUD to work at all since the latest ignition update. ICC recognizes the tables but for some reason PT4 doesnt. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Before the latest ignition update, my HUD would come up as a cash game (while i was playing a MTT). ICC showed i was playing tournament tables, but PT4 was showing cash tables, but at least i was getting a HUD. Since the latest ignition update, Im getting no HUD at all.

Yes, reboot your whole system. You can't technically reboot a program.

Order shouldn't really matter, but I'd suggest Hm2 or the card catcher... and ignition last.

Where is version 4.9? I've reinstalled and mine reads 2.10.1.

I know you guys are working really hard and I know this wouldn't be happening if ignition would stop rolling out updates that seem to be pointless but man this is really frustrating. I reinstall every time I play, which is every few days and sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't work at all. Today is one of those days where it's just not working at all despite updating and following all instructions.

I don't know what that post is from or when. You need the latest, which is here:

It will run, 100% of the time w/o fail if you follow the directions outlined on this forum.

1) After you update ICC, reboot.
2) Make sure you wait until your current table is 100% loaded, before you load your next table.

As long as you do those 2 things, you'll be a golden bear. I promise.

Send your log to support. I've never seen an install crash since we've sold this thing. So I really don't know what the problem would be.

Click on settings, click on create log, and send your .zip file to support. They can take a look. But I'm ubber surprised that uninstalling, and then re-installing, disabling any anti virus didn't do the trick.

Is there something else about your setup I'd need to know. You're running through a VPN or on an emulator or anything?

So I DL'ed it off the site. I can install the initial program easily - Version 2.10.1 I think. Once installed, I launch the program from the installer and it says that there are updates available for the software, so I click ok. The updater starts and after a few seconds it says "Ignition Card Catcher - Updater" has stopped working. So it never fully updates properly. Then whenever I go to run the program, it just tells me "This app can't run on your PC".

So I can't even open the Card catcher to get to the settings and create a log file - the only one I've got is in the directory created at installation (C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Ignition Card Catcher\Logs). Should I send this in?

I'm running BitDefender, but that hasn't flagged anything with the card catcher - in fact, I was able to get it to initially work for a while until this new update.

No VPN, no Emulator, just running it straight on Windows 10.

Something didn't install correctly. Not sure why. Can you uninstall, either through windows or from the card catcher directory.

Try that. If you still have some issue, there has to be something blocking the full install. I'd have to see your install log, but really haven't ever had any install issues that I can recall, except for a firewall issue.

Bump for an update on these q's? I've followed all the instructions (update, reboot, load ICC first, let tables load fully before opening others) but am still having issues with the hud not appearing for mtt's the longer I go into sessions. If the hud isn't displaying on a table would you expect closing and reopening the table to work?

Also had a case today where the hud for a 6max mtt was displaying on a 9 handed table even after closing and reopening both tables several times, but that only occurred in that isolated tournament. Thanks!

Are you using the latest 2.10.2 version? I saw some tickets like this a few weeks ago, but I haven't seen even one since the latest version and we did address some of these issues you mentioned above. We improved table detection. If you're still seeing an issue w/ the latest version, I'd need to see your log. If you can click on settings in the catcher, and click create log, and send support that .zip file it creates we can see what the table titles are and what you're seeing.

As far as time bank, I believe you have to have windows scaling set at 100% for it to work. Just double check that. We haven't had any reported issues w/ that either.

Freakdaddy I am just following up on the PM I sent you yesterday regarding how to have it so that the card catcher works with Bodog when out of the country and not with Ignition. I tried it and it didn't recognize the tables and like I mentioned, I believe the issue may be the import files are set up for Ignition not Bodog but may be more to it. Hoping you guys can help, I am not sure when I am returning to the states so every day is very important.

It's not working again. How do you get version 2.10.2? The main download link on your site is for 2.10.1. When I opened it it told me I had to update so I did via the auto updater. Then I rebooted but it didn't work. Then I uninstalled it and downloaded from your site, installed it and reboot. Still not working and unless I'm doing something wrong 2.10.2 is not available from your site.

edit: after 5 different uninstall / reinstalls it's working. It's version 2.10.1 thouugh, idk how people are getting a different version.

is catcher broken? I cant pick up any tables.

Update: Looks like i actually got it to work!

The only issue I am having now which I was also having with Ignition in the states, is for some reason in my HUD under the active tab below the date where it says "duration" it started me off at 0:59 minutes. Any idea what that might be about?

Sorry, trying to catch up. Busy day. Yeah the card catcher has always worked w/ Bodog, so glad you got it worked out. As far as the time, there is a time offset you can adjust if you click on settings in the catcher. So maybe try setting it to -1 and see if that helps.

Catcher is broken for me. Will try to see what went wrong after my session. Does anything ever work for more than a week?
