This has probably been reported before, but I won a side pot, much bigger than the main pot, but it imported into HM2 that I lost the hand. Is this a known bug?

Also, anything special I need to do to get the discount from purchasing the convertor or just mention it in an email? Thanks.

I purchased the Bovada Card Catcher about two weeks ago. I've tried to install the program but a message just pops up that says, "Loading Components." I waited for several hours but the program never installs. I've tried to call and email the technical support numerous times and they continue to ignore me. Can anyone assist me?

Is this for Omaha? If you send me the hand I can look at it. It's not a known bug, but there may be some reason it missed this info.

Keep in mind, the new version is coming out this week, so all hand data captures should be 100% with this new version.

Ok, I found the correct thread for my question now . So is it a known issue where if I get all-in, lose the pot, and am forced to sit out and reload my stack since I hit $0, that the hand isn't recorded into my HEM2? Is there a workaround for it for the time being at all?

Based on the developers reports this morning, it should be this week. They are tying up a coupe of other things, but so far it looks really good with testing. No more dropped hands or re-sizing issues. Works with any table mod we've tested so far.

I assume you've checked your settings, and run through the troubleshooter? It may be a table sizing issue. It's hard to say for sure. I have seen this happen before. This won't be an issue in this next release. As a temp work around I'd suggest double checking the troubleshooter to see if there's any settings you can adjust. Sometimes one small setting adjustment can make a huge difference.

For both.... but, the developers are now telling me next week. I guess there's an issue they are having to address, and then we need to do testing again. I may be able to have some early beta for those interested before that. But it's getting very close.

Yea, all of my settings are set to the way the set up told me to. This seems to happen a pretty good amount when my stack is busted () and I'm forced to reload. Hopefully this is correct in the next release as you say.

This is a great idea however this program is unstable , if you re-size a window or move a window your stats get reset or completely wont work , it misses logging hands , the screen flickers constantly , it doesn't always detect the table , etc..

I'm a big fan of this idea but it just has way too many bugs ... I hope these things get fixed but I have not got an update since I purchased it.

Send a screenshot of your bovada tables running to support and they can help you determine possible cause. It's hard to say, but if you ran through the troubleshooter, then just double check all settings.

Get the latest version directly from the site and update. I assume some people having flickering, and some don't because of refresh rates. I'm a customer of my own product, and I use it regularly and I don't have the above issues. I know some people do in it's existing form, but most do not. Regardless, this next update will work extremely well. We're already beta testing it, and re-sizing, mods, etc... none of that will be an issue anymore.

For people already using HI, what would be a decent set of metrics one could use with BPCC that are useful for small sample sizes that HI doesn't already cover?

We recommend the hitman HUD that's in BCC. I'm not sure if I can post a link or note, but you can google it. Tons of other useful stats to use.

I just put in 775 hands. My account says I won 3 buy-ins but my tracker says I broke even (or rather, lost $-.10). I think the issue might have been with side pots? I haven't looked over the hands yet but I won several big pots with side pots.

The tournament and gold combo both say coming soon on the website. When I click on the link it will still allow me to purchase either of them. So these products are unavailable for use but I can pre-purchase them?

I am using the trial version, and it works fine for NL but it is not importing the hands from my PLO tables even though the website says you support PLO. How can I fix this? Does the trial support PLO?
