I don't know off hand, but I'm sure there's a time adjustment section on Poker Tracker. I'm not at my main system now or I'd try and look for it. Perhaps set an offset if you're having issues in Poker Tracker. The converter is just transferring the same date/time info that's in the hand from bovada.

Hmmm... ok, it should have been sent to me, but I didn't see it. Yeah, if you wouldn't mind re-sending I will have them look for it and send it to me. Not sure what happened with them but I'll look into it for sure.

In my Bovada HH folder it is completely empty and not making a folder for my hero. I have installed the HH converter as well as the Card Catcher and am trying to run both, would love to get this working.

Does this allow you to capture in real time?
Do you have hands that you've played within the last 7 days and are more than 24 hours old?

The converter is not in real time. It's taking hands from the bovada site and converting them 24 hours after they have been played.

The bovada hand catcher is in real time and it will launch your database HUD.

Just got my hands made available to me. Downloading those now to try. I couldn't get the hand catcher to work in real time. Not sure if having some hands will fix this problem now.

Ok, I figured out the problem. This has never happened before, but when you posted the e-mail address on here, from that point forward support just got bombed with spam and it shut down the whole channel. I was almost going to say to see if you could remove it when I saw it, but I thought the filtering would handle it. But it was a massive attack. So trying to repair everything now. Can you ask a mod to delete that post with the address? I found your mail now. I had to go directly onto the server to locate it with about 1 million spam messages (no joke).

Hi FreakDaddy,

I just downloaded the Bovada HH converter and when I imported hands into HM2 I got 1700~ error files and only 200~ hands in the report. I did get the .8079 message when I started up the converter but I don't see where that is available anymore. Can you troubleshoot what I might been doing wrong or what I might need to do?

Thanks

It was asking you a series of questions, and I'm guessing you didn't read it. So you probably just turned on hole cards without understanding that you need to download .8079 (which it gives you a link to). So click on settings in the converter, and uncheck show known hole cards. That will eliminate your errors. And if you want known hole cards, then you need to follow the link provided and download that version and then re-enable known hole cards in settings. That will get you all set.

Damn, sorry man. I normally don't post addresses for just that reason, but I swore I saw it posted ITT before so thought it was handled. I'll see if I can get it removed.

Hi Freakdaddy,

Thanks for responding so fast. I actually did all that. Turned off hole cards and converted then imported to HM2.

When I click on the link for .8079 I get this error message:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately.

Class not registered."

Nothing else opens to take me to 8079 and I cant find anything on the HM site for older versions.

I've tried everything I can think of...

Thanks

It's ok... we figured it out. It wasn't a million, but it was ~38k spam mails. Those robot spam bots work fast. I assumed the filtering would get them all out, but not the case this time.

Any ways, I got your e-mail so I will go over it with the developer monday and see what we find.

hmmm... HM might have removed this because I know they don't want people running .8079 anymore because of potential support issues they have to deal with. If you enable known hole cards, you EV will be off. It's a trade off you'll have to accept if you want that feature. You can download it from here:
http://acepokersolutions.com/files/8...AutoUpdate.exe

There main and only problem HM has with people seeing known hole cards now is that some people complain that EV is off. It's going to be off if you can see all of the cards. You simply can't have it both ways. We can put several messages in the converter software to let people know this and have to acknowledge it so that HM support won't have to deal with questions about it. But essentially if this is what you guys want, then you have to let HM know. They are on the fence about whether they are going to re-enable the ability to see known hole cards or not. So it's kind of up to you guys, their customers, to let them know what you want.

Thank you for the link FreakDaddy! It appears as if that was exactly what I needed and things seem to be working perfectly. I was concerned because I had signed up for the 24hour trial, but your speedy response cleared things up before it even expired. Thanks again!

Pokertracker never seems to move processed hands to the processed folder. I think this must have something to do with the formatting of the converted hands. Any tips?

Currently I can't even open PT4 because of too many duplicate hands, since none of the processed hands are being moved.

Poker tracker will not move hands to the processed folder when you do it manually via "get hands from disk." That only works when the auto import is on via "Get hands while playing." So if you want it to move those files automatically, you have to config PT to use the converted folder as the hand history folder for PokerStars, turn on auto import, wait until it quits finding hands, then stop the auto import. Also, it only moves those files when auto import is done not after each hand.

What Coke man said. If you want to move them as processed, then you need to set it up so it does. The converter doesn't have control of this.

I'm starting to play on bovada and just wanted to make sure the converter works well with MTT's and PT4 before purchasing.

I need some opinion from the expert poker players of bovada and used this converter to convert their hands into PT4 or MTT's. I have watched a video review on it which seems good to me.

Yes, sorry... this will work with MTT's and S&G's on PT4.
