I tried uninstalling and re-installing to a different directory; added explicit exception to it with firewall on; tried turning off firewall; none of these worked.

Maybe there's something with my OS. Do you support Vista Ultimate?

We haven't done any specific testing on Vista Ultimate. I've never seen anyone since the product was released have this issue. So there could be a compatibility issue with that specific OS.

I don't have any suggestions if it won't launch. I'll ask the developer monday though and see what he says and get back to you.

I purchased this software a few months ago. My old computer is done for and won't turn on. Did I originally receive a key in my email when I bought it? I can't exactly remember and I can't find anything. I have my paypal receipt email but that's about it.

I'm just asking if there's any help for installing this on my computer without having to purchase it again.

Yes, you did get a key, or it wouldn't have worked for you. One license will work on 2 PC's. But if you don't have the code or need it reset, then contact support from this form and include any e-mail or receipt information and they can look it up for you and reset it if need be:

Hey, been using the software for a while and its been great. I was away and using a laptop for a week and when I tried sending them to my desktop where I have the convertor (which I've done before with no problems) and it looks like the HH format is different for some reason. My HHs usually start with "BovadaHandHistory" and these start with HH20140... and I don't think they are converting properly. Not entirely sure whats going on because there is a bit of overlap and doubled HHs but any ideas on a fix? Thanks

The tournaments now work but I'm getting the same error for the cash games. Can you fix the cash games? I don't know the support email address.

Thanks,

I'd love to help you out, but I need to know what error you're talking about. Do you mean you need your license reset? The support contact form is a couple of posts above you.

I wouldn't suggest posting your e-mail. You'll get spam bombed. But just shoot support a message with your issue and they'll get you taken care of.

So you went from vista to win 7 ultimate? I still have not heard of one issue about this, but still looking into it. Are you absolutely sure you tried disabling your firewall just in case? I had someone the other day who said they did, and then the developer went on there and it wasn't disabled and it fired right up. The only logical thing that would prevent it is your virus/firewall not allowing access. There's really no other reason that it shouldn't load right up.

Good morning FreakDaddy,
****Thanks for your hard work on getting Bovada's corky dB to work with HM****** KUDOS!!!!

Love the software but have a couple of questions while I get use to it:
Background....I have used this in the past with not much luck(operator error more then likely) After using a spreadsheet for awhile I am trying to figure this out. Mainly play MTTs and Cash NLHE on Bovada using HEM2 (2.2.2.8079) and BC(v1.0.31)

1.) I have noticed somethings do not show up true after importing. This list is all minor things just curious if there is anything I am doing wrong:
MTTs-
Tourney Time Played-showing up too low
Size- too small
----Assuming these are just things that Bovada doesn't provide and I would have to record/track and input--- Is this correct?

2.) After importing today(first time in months, started another dB in HM2) I recieved a lot of errors:
Files Imported: 130 of 130
Hands Imported: 9718
Hands/Second: 226.4
Duplicates: 0
Errors: 912

I have the error output saved if you would like me to email them to you? I tried to PM you and attached but didn't see the link to.

Are there any tips or tricks that I should do when importing to HM2 that would help me better enjoy HM2 on Bovada????/

Update to the latest converter version (.35). Some of the MTT's don't have tourney info from bovada, so the converter takes the best guess based on similar formats. The ones that don't you have to manually adjust. There's just nothing you can do about it unfortunately.

The bovada card catcher HUD will grab all of this info from the tourney lobby, and then write it to file, but there's no way to do that in a post hands that's provided 24 hours after being played.

Are you sure you're in 8079 of HM? This is usually an error when the HM2 version is older and show known hole cards is checked in settings on the converter. Double check all of those and what your settings say. There's no known errors currently with the converter just as an FYI. 100% of the time it's one of these settings off, so just double check them.

Yea switched from windows vista ultimate to windows 7 ultimate. I'm absolutely sure I've disabled firewall (Unless my understanding of it is incorrect, see screenshots)

No idea what the issue is here, but it's the same problem I had on vista. I double click to open the program, and it never actually boots up. Nothing ever shows up in task manager.

BTW Freakdaddy, really appreciate all the awesome support you're providing everyone.

So you don't have any additional 3rd party firewall or virus scanner programs running other than windows defender and the built in's? Are you completely sure about that? I can't see your task bar, but that's the only thing that could stop the program from running. It's either A) You don't have a good download (it's corrupt) or b) firewall is blocking it.

It depends if they decide not to block them anymore, which could happen. PT went back and re-enabled them so you never know.

Why would they block them?

I would argue PT is better since you can't use the hole card feature with the latest version of HEM. Believe me it stinks because my Leak Buster glitches because I have to use an older version of HEM. So I have to choose which I want. Ugh!

I finally bit the bullet and upgraded PT4 to 4.11.11 and the converter to 1.0.35. Now I get "Invalid pot size for hand xxxx" for several hands in each file. Any idea what this is?

When will the Gold Combo be available?

As another player stated I wish to use the most updated version that I can see the cards. What errors are these producing? Just curious what dB erros this is creating. Thanks again for your hard work and support.

What did you upgrade from? 4.11.10 and 1.0.32 still working ok here. However Bovada just updated their client today so I'll find out tomorrow if everything is still ok.
