So i emailed support but ill also post my issue here.

So i've used the hand converter for over a year now no issues at all. I recently started playing alot of Omaha so i purchased the separate omaha edition serial number. When i load the converted and click on register more games it pops up and when i click on the omaha tab or the tournament tab for that matter nothing happens. I've tried re installing the program and all that with no success. This is getting very frustrating. If we can't get this work can i get a refund for my purchase?

I DL'd the HUD trial. I've double checked the directory folders and gone thru the tutorial, but no hands ever show up in the HH folder. Anybody help with this?

The support thread for the bovada HUD is here:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/45...8/index18.html

You likely need to adjust a setting, but it's much better if we address it in the proper thread.

.33 version of the converter is up on the site for download. You should have zero errors for any import sample, and the converter has been this way for quite some time now.

We've been thinking about adding a new setting to auto download hands from bovada. So it would be more of a one click process. Curious to know how many people would be interested in this, or it's no big deal.

I downloaded the trial and imported a small sample. That seemed to work fine. However, when reviewing hands in HEM it says my opponents have far more hands played in the replayer HUD than is possible. Did I do something wrong?

Maybe check your settings in the converter and make sure that randomize player ID is checked. If it's not, then it will be lumping all of the players positional stats together.

Auto download features sounds cool. How would it work exactly?

There would be an option in settings to turn on a button that would auto login to bovada for you, and download your last 7 hands of data, and then auto convert the hands so you can import them. Just keeping everything much simpler.

I wanted to see if anyone would want that, or it's not a big deal.

I bought the converter a while back and tried Holdem Manager 2 (Trial version).

Is there a free version where I can see graphs and stuff?
What's the best software?

This is all new to me.
Any help would be really awesome.

Also, is there a way I retrieve all my hand histories? Not just the ones in the past month.

Hi... this is the support thread for the bovada hand converter. I understand you're new to this stuff, but threads can easily become derailed so you need to ask in the appropriate section, which would be beginners questions here:

I've been having an issue where when I try to import converted hands into HM2, it says 0 hands imported even though the files will register (it will say imported files: 12, but hands: 0, for example). I downgraded my HM2 to the version which will show known hole cards. I also checked for updates to the converter and there were none.

Try clicking on settings in the converter. Make sure you have known hole cards checked. Make sure that you are importing in HM to the correct directory. You need to import from the green circled directory in the converter. It's going to be one of these two issues because when you're doing it correctly you'll get zero errors and all files imported.

I am having the same problem, and sent you a support ticket with my hands and the converted hands.

HM says they imported all files with zero errors, but 0 hands.
Since HM is saying they don't support your software, I want to make sure it's working before I buy it.
My trial ended so I'm not able to take another shot at it.

I don't understand why they wouldn't support your software when it's really the only way they can get US players to buy their products. Maybe I am missing something here??

BTW - My username here and email are similar.

I'll take a look for the support ticket, but if you look in this thread it 's always one of two things. Either you're not importing from the correct directory, or your hands are being blocked by HM because of known hole cards). The converter works 100%, and it will work with zero errors. We have a product guarantee and we've been in these forums and all of the top forums for over 6 years now. So we've been around and support our product.

Any ways, I will look at it and get back to you.

FYI oneOrbit... I checked the support portal for all new and recently answered tickets and there's nothing there by you. Are you sure you sent it to our support. You can always use this form also and attach files if you need to:

No worries, I just bought the full package and made sure all cards shown was off.
Everything is running as expected.

If I download the older version of HM so I can see all hands can I run it as a separate instance, or should I just overwrite the current version?

I recently downloaded the trial version of the Bovada HH converter. I installed it to the default directory and everything seemed normal. When I went to open the application, nothing happened. My mouse turned into the waiting icon for a split second then nothing. I tried installing and reinstalling. No luck, same thing every time.

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 2. 64 bit.

You actually sent an e-mail to the no-reply sales account. You should have gotten an e-mail that said, this does not get responded to, contact support at.... I found your e-mail though and reset your code. Just make sure in the future that you go through the support e-mail address if you need any other assistance.

Ok, cool, that's good news.

Yes, if you download 8079 earlier, then known hole cards will work. The converter should detect your version and suggest this until you tell it not to check anymore.

Could be that your firewall is blocking access to check for registration. I don't really hear of this happening, but it's the only thing that makes sense. Perhaps try temp turning it off, or adding the program as a safe program. I'd also try right clicking on it when you launch it and select run as admin, just in case.

I tried both of those things and neither worked, got the same result.

Perhaps try downloading it again and re-installing. There's no reason that it shouldn't start unless it was bad from the start, or the program is being blocked by your system's firewall.
