Yes. It just writes it as a .txt file and I know other users who do this no problem.

So I downloaded the 24hr trial today and I watched the tutorial video for PT4. When I request my hands for last 31 days in Bovada client, I get hands after 5/3. The rest of the hands are listed in client as "Download Period Finished". Some hands on 5/9 and 5/10 (today) are listed as "Not yet available". Am I missing something? Is there a way to get hands from 31 days ago? The converter worked well on the hands I did get, and I am able to easily import them into PT4. If I can get this figured out, I will snap buy this product. Thanks!

EDIT: Just called Bovada. I was told I can only download my HH's from the last 7 days and that there is no way to
request histories from later dates. If this is the case, I guess I am stuck with recent hands.

Yeah, Bovada changed this a couple of weeks ago. Need to update the tutorial. They are only allowing 7 days of history now.

Yeah, it will work. Has to be a somewhat newer version within the last 6 months, but if you use the trial you can verify it will work for you.

I'm having an issue, for hands that have only 1 blind posted with no sb. Holdem Manager makes a seperate category for my winnings summary. i.e. for 25nl I have a .10/.25 section and a .12/.25 section for the hands with only 1 blind. Is there any way to combine them all into the .10/.25 list?

Any expected Time Frame for this? I only play SNGs and try to get as much volume as I can possibly can with 4 tables max, so if you need some sort of Beta tester I can be your guy.

Interesting. I've imported about 50k of my own hands and haven't seen this, but have had plenty of times where there's only one blind. I've also not heard of anyone else saying this. I'll bring this up with the developer though.

I imported the hand I played this week and I got 1200 errors on 4K hands... Any idea what the problem is ?

Can you look for individual hh's inside other ones and skip them please (looking for 'TBL', 'Bovada Hand', etc before the end of the hh: '*** SUMMARY ***' )?

I don't even know how this happens but I get tons of corrupted hh's in my downloads.

Even half hh's when I leave or enter a table.

Sometimes some weird ones get skipped on conversion, others fail to make it into PT3, but some make it in and have the Rake as what the pot total was. I'll try to get more examples.

Those hands probably aren't cash games I'm assuming. If it's cash, you shouldn't have any issues, aside from a skipped hand every once in a while when it's grabbed a hand, but you haven't sat at the table yet. This happens with any hand history set if you've purchased hand histories before.

Ok, thanks. I will pass this to the developer. We've done much more testing with PT4 than PT3 for obvious reasons. So if something does come up, just let us know and we can address it.

Nope, it's on the list, but right now the developers are working on some big tasks. I'm assuming it's going to take a bit longer than normal. I see it in their que though so I'll let you know when it's done.

Found out that it is my internet connection that causes the errors in the HHs when downloading (satellite internet on a boat; close to dialup speeds).

So I guess it's not a priority or really plausible to find solutions for every single way a HH could get corrupted (aside for normal checks of start and end actions for each player).

Weird kind of structure to send the HH through though.

Ick, that sucks. Yeah, if it cuts off then it's going to cause some issues obviously. Maybe wait until your speeds connections are at their best, and only download then. Might be tricky, I don't know your situation, but that going to obviously be your best bet.
