Cool... good. You should be able to select PT and known cards though too.

You updated your HM2, and they are blocking known hole cards now. This is why you're having errors. We sent e-mails about this, posted in here, etc.. If you go the bovada converter website, just click download trial and install. That will be the latest version and will correct your errors.

I have been following the guidance from a couple weeks ago to decline the update pop up to keep getting hole cards. From your response above, is that no longer necessary? I can get hole cards with the latest version of convertor?

Yes, this should allow you to enable hole cards manually if you'd like to update the converter. We don't have a ton of testing to this point, but so far all reports back from customers also is good.

I'm having a strange problem using version 1.0.30. Everything was working fine until today. There are 4 hand history files in the folder I am trying to convert that the program just does not convert. Every time I try, the program finds and processes the hands with no errors, but after the conversion process the original hand histories remain in the folder and the hands never make it to the output folder.

I've never had this issue before and everything has worked normally up til today. Has anyone seen a similar issue?

I don't have an reported cases of that, and I use it daily myself and haven't seen that. Are you sure that they are files that you have converter support for? Meaning they aren't S&G or PLO, etc... ?

Yes, I'm sure. Do you think I can send you the hand histories?

Sure. Send the original bovada hands, not the converted.

Why is it that there are always few error hands? Is their any way to avoid it?

Sent from my Nexus 5 using 2+2 Forums

I never see anyone having any errors if they have the latest version. Probably update to the latest version? Importing on database side and from bovada have changed over time. You likely don't have the latest.

I get "invalid stack size" errors during PT imports quite regularly. Just figured it was a player leaving, rebuying, or sitting out and screwing with the HH

This will happen sometimes, but if it's a full valid hand, it shouldn't have any errors if you have version .30+.

Hi, I am having the following issue and was wondering if you know what is going on? For the last month or so every time I import hands into PT4 the PT client will freeze up on me and I will have to go through the task manager and close it down. When I start PT back up again all the hands have imported successfully though. So it hasn't been a huge deal since the hands/games are always there, however a bit annoying that it freezes PT every time.

It started happening after I updated PT to a new version about a month or so ago and has been doing it since and through each subsequent update.

I have the latest version of the Bovada Hand Converter also.

FWIW I am importing SNG's.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Today when importing the converted hands into PT4 the client actually didn't freeze....strange since it's been doing it every time for the past month. However of the 890 converted hands over 200 were errors when trying to get them into PT. And 2 SNG's will not go through no matter what. Not sure what the heck is going on as it's always worked perfectly fine in the past.

Edit: After looking at the 2 SNG's that won't import into PT at all, I see that both of them lasted just one hand. Not sure if that has anything to do with it at all.

I'm not an expert on PT. I assume you tried to update or re-install? I'd start with that and if not you might want to contact their support.

Update the converter to .31, and make sure known cards are off in settings.

With the SNG's, that could be possible. If you send them to support we can look at them. We'd need the unconverted original hand.

I currently have version 1.0.18a of the Bovada Converter(Tourney) If this is not the latest version perhaps this is the problem. However, every time I click on the "check for updates" button it says that a new update is available and asks if I'd like to download it. I click yes and it downloads and says it was downloaded successfully but it still shows as the same version(1.0.18a). Am I doing something wrong here?

There were two versions a long while back that had a bug with the updater. Those were fixed (the latest is no .31). So you'll need to go to the ace poker solutions website and download the latest versions. From that point forward your auto updates will work.

Hi,

I've been having error reports in HEM2 for a while now. Hands are found and processed in the Converter fine. When I import the file from the output directory into HEM2 I get all errors.

Would appreciate a little help as it never used to do this.

Thanks
