I know the history, I just never thought PT would risk messing up actual PS hands just to mess with the converted ones. Wow, they REALLY hate Bovada. I followed the PS/Bovada discussion they had when Bovada went anonymous and how they got to where they are, but I really figured they would just say "we no longer support Bovada" and leave it at that. I guess they let their philosophy get in the way of their customers.

Okay, so I play on Bovada and use holdem indicator when I play. If I want to be able to convert my hand histories into easily reviewable data I should buy Holdem Manager, and not Poker Tracker. Correct? Then once I have HM I can purchase the converter software and I will no longer have to use my tedious excel spreadsheet

..Is that how this works?

If you download the program, there's a tutorial video on how to download your hands from bovada. It's pretty easy.

Yes, it's coming next build. Typically speaking it would be done by now, but resources are high on Leak Buster 4.0 coming out right now so I know the developers are swamped. But I do know it will be out sometime this week. I think the hold up with your issue is that it works fine in HM2 and PT, just not HM1, so the developers have had to speak to HM about why that would be.

It works fine as long as you're not playing Omaha h/l tournaments. There's a bug that will be fixed on it for that. There's a trial though... you can try it. And there's 800+ posts of people who have used it w/ HM1 in here.

Not sure what you mean about 40 bucks. It costs 15, or 36 for all versions.

Just a quick update. I know there's a couple of issues with PLO and tournaments on HM1. The next build will be Sunday and should have all of those fixes in it.

Well, your issue has been a really odd one since the same hands work fine with HM2. We had to talk with HM, and I know the development team has spent a lot of time on it. Hopefully they got it all worked out.

Just send me an e-mail and I will ship you a refund. On site like it says (when you purchased it), we did not support hi/lo. We are trying to add it, and it works fine for everything except HM1. I know the developers have been working on it, but it hasn't been a straight forward fix.

.24 version is up on the download server. You have to go to the site to download. Some fixes with tournament placing fixed, and labeling of Hi/Lo hands. Still outstanding is Hi/Lo full results in HM1.

Freak, FYI I am clinging onto the 1.0.21 / PT 4.10.8 combo in fear any changes/updates will break what I have going. Any idea how long this will last for me? I suppose once Bovada changes their HH format I will have to update again. But really fearful to update PT4 at this point - and I have no issues nor needs on that end so I'm good for now.

At the risk of angering someone by saying I haven't read the thread, I just have a quick question:

I'm now playing on Bovada and playing primarily Zone Poker and MTT's. Am I correct I need the Gold Combo to track both? Also, I only have HM1, is this still working with the older version well? (I see it listed on the site but just curious as to real world experience.)

Is there any chance at all the software tracks tournament placing and earnings as well in HM1? ROI, etc.? Thanks!

I went through the tutorial to download hand histories but still cannot find the "Hand History" file on my computer. I searched my entire Bovada folder after requesting all the hand histories by hitting the "Download All" button and closed/reopened/closed/reopened my Bovada client a few times. Fwiw I'm on a mac using parallels to run Bovada. I also run it on my mac but haven't found a hand history folder on that side either. Really appreciate any help you guys can give

Yes, it will work and do tournament placing in HM1. The only thing that doesn't work is PLO8, which isn't supported at this time.
