some one asked a similar question but the answer did not help me (so i apologize for redundancy). Im following the instructions in the tutorial and keep getting the "no text files found in folder" message. I have gone through the download process repeatedly on bovada and for some reason I have no hands in either the bovadahandhistory/ or the bovadahandhistory/processed files. Oddly, I found some old hand histories in a couple of old word documents. what to do?

HEM1 is not showing me all of the hole cards.

I'm pretty sure this is because the converter has 'showed [blah] and lost with [blah]' when the player folded.

What version are you running? There was an issue awhile back, although I've noticed on some fast tables, every once in awhile this is happening again. It never happens with people involved in the hand, just people who have folded pre-flop, but we'll look into it. Thanks.

Hi -

I just purchased cash NL support. I followed along with the video with no problem until it came time to import the folder. It shows 2 files imported but 0 hands. Any idea what might be causing this?

When you get a chance, it's in the upper right hand corner. The latest version will not come up as an update.

Your software shows the # of hands converted, and HEM sees the files. It just doesn't import any hands.

You're doing one of the steps incorrectly. Take a fresh sample and start over. It's really hard for me to say which one you're doing wrong. If you do it correctly, it's going to work 100%.

The first hand was converted, the second (and final hand of the SNG) wasn't. I think there's some error where the program won't convert hands where the effective stack is 10 chips and under or something. What happened in my HM2 was that it read the SNG as a loss since the final hand wasn't converted

New .19h version is out.

- 6max / HU's fix for PT in place. Won't import 6max hands that go to HU's as all HU's anymore.
- SNG stack issue fixed

- Outstanding - sometimes showing HU's SNG's as 3-man. Still need more data on this.

Assuming these are ok, we'll put a download update up tomorrow. You need to go to the website to download the latest version.

How can I do the process of Downloading my HHs from Bovada and running them through the HH conversion tool followed by importing them into PT4?

The reason why I think I may want to do this is because I want to review a deep run in a tournament I made, but after doing the normal cycle as described above ( which has worked many times for me in the past ), I cannot find said tournament w/in PT4.
I may be/have done something wrong, so I wanted to try again.

From w/in Bovada -> Account -> HH I can see the tourny in question, with the "OPEN HH FILE" button next to it. Can I somehow use this to isolate and then import this tourney again?
