Have you watched the tutorial video? It's going to explain it better than I can here. I'd suggest watching it because if it's confusing you right now, it's going to be quicker and easier for you to just watch the 3 min video and get it setup right.

I have watched it several times and believe I am doing everything properly. BHC is finding the files and says it is processing but the hands within the files are not being found and processed.

THese are a couple of the messages I am getting in PT4: Import complete. No hands or summaries in 1 file were imported.

Make sure you set Pt4 as your database in settings. There's something you are doing wrong. Your comment about PS or the processed folder... all of that is explained in the video. You watched it, and you need to make sure that once you import you're selecting the correct player in Pt4 and you're in the tournament tab.

What does randomize player ID do?

It creates a random player ID each session so you can see the stats of the players you were playing with. It will generate a new one when someone leaves, and a new player enters the table. Otherwise you can lump them all together, but you won't know how someone was playing/running against you.

Yes, you should be able to. Someone else can confirm this too first. I don't have HM1 on the system I'm on at the moment, but I'm told it works? Do the trial first also to confirm on your system.

You aren't importing from the correct folder. If it says unrecognized format, it's an indication you're importing the wrong file(s). You need to import from the folder that is circled in green. Check that folder, make sure the files are there.

I have continued to get this to work with no avail setting up multiple folder to output to with the same result of unrecognized format. When I open the files in the folders it shows them as poker stars files. I downloaded HEM2 to try it on that but now my trial has expired. I am very interested in your software but I would like to be able to get the software to work for me before I purchase. Please advise

I thought you knew this was fixed. If the table goes to 2 handed, it's going to mark them as HU's. But as of some time back, it's been fixed.

And you watched the tutorial video?

I'm open to suggestion from anyone on how to assist someone when they can't figure this out. I honestly don't know what to do or say. It's a 3 step process. The video explains it clearly. If you do it correctly, it works 100%. Every time someone has an issue, they end up realizing they are doing something wrong, but I have no idea how or what to suggest. I'm not sure what happens when people have difficulty, but any ideas appreciated.

I'm having trouble understanding your wording. Are you saying that it's currently considered normal behavior that once the table goes to 2 handed, it will mark the entire table session as HU, or that this behavior has been fixed? My current version is 1.0.19d.

No, it should only make those particular hands that are 2 handed as HU's. The current version .19g. Try that and it should work for you.

It does do auto updates. We didn't release this in the auto updates yet.

I think so. Everything I've tested, and I even just did one again right now to confirm I'm sane because it's late, but it took one table in a session and when it went to HU's, it took those hands out and marked them as Hu's. The rest of the session was marked as 6-max. Same table, same session, and it separated the session when it got down to 2 players.

I just tested again and all hands are marked 2max

I'll resend the HH, it's short only 9 hands. Starts off 5 handed at a 6max table then gets to HU. All 9 hands played show as 2max in PT4.

I have more HHs if you need them. Or am I the only one still experiencing this?

Hey dark_horse, if you could, let me know if you still get the bug after updating to .19g.

Thanks
