i just purchased and downloaded HH converter and when i try to open it for the 1st time from my desktop icon i get this message

the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

with OK being the only choice

You probably have windows 8.1. You just need to go back a couple of posts. We have a fix for this. HM2 and a lot of programs are going to have issues with Win 8.1. There's a beta build here:

heavy edit: i dl link from 529 and used winzip17 to open but got the same message when i tried to open Bovada Hand Converter

Do you have any hands that say available for download? If so, you can contact Bovada support and ask them why you don't. I haven't heard of anyone saying they don't have this button.

Hey all,

Suddenly having problems with the reporting done by PT4, from November 7 on. Everything before then was perfect.

The hands seem to convert/import fine, but then my results are very different from what really happened. I have the latest versions of everything. Usually things are off by a little, but not by 20-50% of my actual result. One day the correct number of hands imported, but the next there seemed to be far fewer hands than I actually played.

Anyone else? I might ask Bovada to reset my downloads so I can try again, but nothing's changed.

Hey, I purchased this thing for tournaments and I get all my results to HEM with no problems, but I can't see any of the hands. I don't see any hole cards or anything, nothing related to the hands whatsoever. Like I said, only thing I see is results graphs and results. Any idea, what might be wrong?

I bought the program a couple days ago and registered it and everything. I opened it again today and now it wants me to register again but when I enter in my details (the same ones I entered before), the program says "A valid license could not be obtained for BHH - Cash NL. Please contact APS for solutions."

Any help?

Contact support, and they can reset it for you. This shouldn't happen unless your hardware profile changes or you system clock changes for some reason.

There's a drop down right at top that says Holdem, change it to all hands.

So you have an error in HM1. Perhaps get the latest beta and re-install it. Also click details in that error, and send that as well. That aside though, send support a hand that you imported. It works 10000% percent on HM1. I have tons of tournies imported into there from the converter. So some step or something is off.

There is no such option as "all hands" there. And I can't change it to "all games", because I don't have the Omaha version of HM1. I reinstalled HM1, it didn't help. This hand converter thing worked for 5 minutes, when I had 24h trial version. I saw all the hands, but then suddenly, they all disappeared. What exactly do you want me to do now?

EDIT: Got it working! Just reinstalled it again and magically started working! Thanks for fast responses!

You need to update and/or repair your .net. The error your getting is a .net error. You can get the latest from here:

I've contacted support twice in a row and have not heard a response in two or three days now. The hand converter still currently isn't working for me. Is there a possible chance for a refund? I can pm you specific details if you wish.
