Yeah, sorry you're having trouble, but it works 100% with no issues assuming you're doing it correct. Yes, it works with windows 8. However, just last week windows did do an update to 8.1, and this caused license issues with anyone who uses this copy protection software, such as holdem manager, and our companies products. It's a really odd issue, and we haven't had anything like this happen with OS updates since we've used them (which has been 5 years now). We have a fix in place for most products now. Does your version say it's still registered? Do you know if you did a recent 8.1 update (I think it came out 10/24)?

I know Bovada only provides HH's for up to 7 days, but what if you download them? At that point they are written to a txt file on your harddrive, it wont go auto-purging anything over 7 days will it?

No, once they are downloaded they are yours forever. The converter archives them for you automatically as well.

If you purchase Texas Holdem Cash games, does this work for Sit N Gos, or do you need to purchase the tournament version too???

No, cash games just works with cash games. Tournaments is for MTT's and S&G's.

With this program, can we have a HUD for the other players (with session stats)?

I have a couple questions

I recently bought a new computer. I have been playing on both computers for the last couple of days. It won't matter which one I played on as long as I download the hand histories to the one I want right?

Also I have just been using the NL Cash game version and have recently been thinking about buying the PLO cash games. There shouldn't be any problems getting bovada plo hands onto HEM2 right?

Correct. But you can register the converter on up to 2 PC's.

Correct, it will work fine with the converter. You just need to have the Omaha version of HM2 also though.

Not right now, but lots of free ways to run it in an emulator format. I know several people in this thread have.

What format are the hands converted into? Is there a spec somewhere?
