I downloaded this program to review my hands with HM2. I watched the tutorial and it works perfectly!!! Just want to say thanks for making this great program. I'll be buying this tomorrow when the trial expires.

Does the program work with FPDB?

Wow! I'm really looking forward to getting this program working. I have requested download all my hand histories on Bovada as of about two hours ago. It went from saying "download requested" in the right column, to "open hand history file" with a border around it. I can now see my hand history in a text form when I click it. The issue however is that I cannot see a hand history folder for bovada when i try and click convert folder in the hand history converter. The only subfolders inside my Bovada folder are: data, imageformats, plugins, resources. Anybody have any ideas as to why I'm encountering this issue?

It should, but I haven't done any testing on it. You can download your hands, and then try the trial and you'll know for sure.

Log back in to Bovada, check the directory again. I think I mention in the tutorial, if you logout, and then log back in then it will download hands quicker.

I know a few other people had this problem but I still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong even after watching the video over and over.

Can you help me out with this and also reset the serial number so I can put it in again? Thank you.
Pretty much this using HM1. Downloaded the trial and I'm fairly confident all the hands were imported with no errors, but I can't find myself "Hero." I've watched the tutorial. I can't find any PS hands.

Does this program violate any ToS of Bovada?

That's not my issue, my issue is that I am not displaying a "hand history" folder within the contents of my Bovada folder. My hand history has already been downloaded into my Bovada client for the last 7 days. Can you advise on people missing a hand history folder from the contents of their Bovada folder? Thank you.

I'm saying that once you download the files, it will create the folder for you. So I was making sure that you logged in and out and then checked the folder. I've never heard or seen anyone not have this folder created.

Make sure you don't have any filters set, and just do a search for hero (or whatever name you created when you converted). It will work 100% when you have it setup correctly.

I'm just trying to do the free trial version and it keeps saying 'download not verified'. I jus hit run and finally got it to open. It wants me to register it. I don't know a serial number. ?? I just wanted to get the gist of it first.

You don't need to register anything, unless you're used it before. You just click Try.

Some of my opponent's hole cards won't display when I bet or raise and they fold. I thought all opponent's cards are shown at all times. Am I missing something?

PT4. An example is where I 5bet shove pre and villain folds, I don't see their hand. But I do see the hand of another player who was in the hand. Another example is where I bet or raise river and villain folds.

Hey, it seems to be working perfectly now. Don't know why it wasn't working before, but it is now, at least on my most recent download of hands. Great software BTW. Thank you!!!

I had this happen with one hand recently also. I have no idea why. Bovada just didn't write the hand for whatever reason. I chalked it up to anomaly because in my own sample I have about 90k hands done and this was just one hand.

You're welcome, and if you do see anything else, just let us know. We fix anything that comes up pretty quick, because the site, and DB's do change from time to time.

Great Program! And great tutorial, no problems at all. Just a question on Bovada downloads. I think I overwrote the HHs I had in the folder when I did my second download. Is there a way to to not overwrite the HHs you already saved? Or should I be creating a separate folder for new downloads and then move them to the main folder?
THX

Glad you're enjoying it. Your downloads shouldn't overwrite. After you convert, they original hands are moved to your processed folder automatically (second folder listed). So if you look at that location, you should find them all.

Well I am dealing with Bovada on several issues:

1- Bovada claims you can only get HHs as far back as 7 days. Not 31.
2- When you download the HHs from your Bovada account to your PC it will overwrite everything that was in that "BovadaHH" folder.
3- Your program does "convert" the files and places them in the "Bovada Processed" folder. They are there and are saved. However, when I use HM2 it will only import from the "BovadaHandHistory" folder. That is on the video as well. So I am then **** out of luck! My HHs get wiped out when I do a new download. And your program is pointing to that folder. Why cant you setup your program so that it retrieves from the "BovadaProcessed" folder where ALL of my HHs are???
4- Everytime I open your program it now asks me to register the product. After I register it I then get an invalid license error.

Man, everything worked fine the first time........................

You can only get HH's that are 7 days old, nothing older. I don't see where they claim 31, they just have a button to view sessions up to 31 days old.

You can pick which folder everything happens in: Which folder to process, where to place converted files, where to place the originals, etc. I develop software and people who don't use common sense piss me off by wasting my time.

Have you looked at the software for more than 5 seconds.

1) Bovada changed this a several weeks back from 31 to 7.
2) The converter doesn't over write anything. Nothing is ever deleted. Your hands are moved from the bovada folder, to the processed hand folder. These are the original files. It explains this in the tutorial.
3) No, it does not place them in the processed hand folder. You are getting confused. It converts them and places them in the first folder listed in the program, and the original hands are moved from the bovada folder to the processed folder. If you have an issue with any of the folder locations, you can change them in the program and make them whatever name or location you want.
4) You probably had a bad connection? I think you just e-mailed me and said it worked now.
