Hi,

I just downloaded the soft and clicked on trial version, however I get this when trying to import hands.

Any idea what could be the cause ?
All hands are normal holdem cash game tables

HH's from Bovada cut-off early sometimes when you leave a table before the end of the hand.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind if there was 2 errors out of the 934 hands, but here I have only 2 hands processed and 932 errors so I don't think it can be because of leaving tables in the middle of a hand ?

Sorry for spamming the thread but I found what the issue was, my Region and Language format in windows was not set to English (United States) and that is what was somehow messing with the converter.

Yeah, it looks like the hands you did were not completed, so the converter doesn't know what the blind is and so it counted it as 1/2 of the BB.

No, that's plenty ty, I see what the issue is. When the big blind is posted as a bring in, there's no SB so it's assuming 1/2 BB. However in .25 and .05, the SB is .10 and .02. So these should be fixed now. I posted a new version on the website. There's a new update out as well, but if you want to try this fix you'll have to go to the website directly and download the trial and install. I haven't posted it as an update within the application yet.
