If I'm understanding your question, you have to download them from bovada. There's a video tutorial in the converter software on how to do that.

So even though they've been downloaded and converted into the database I need to re-download the ones in question from bovada in order to send them to you? Forgive me for not being clear.

Sorry, no just send me the original hand (unconverted), that you think had the blind issue wrong. I'd like to see one of these hands since I've yet to see one.

I'm confused, how am I going to find the unconverted hand? By the time I spot the issue the hands are already converted and in the database. Is there a way to convert the hand once more? I'm not sure how to tell the hand is going to be a "trouble hand" before it gets converted. I'll try to really mark the time of the next instance I am in a hand with no small blind or pretty much any weird blind situations.

There are about 600 hands that are not being moved to the processed folder for me after being converted. Every time I run the converter, they convert as new hands, but don't seem to go anywhere. All the other hands seem to work fine. Any ideas?

Are the PLO or tournaments, or something that you don't have a license for? Anything that can be processed is converted and archived.

Look in the processed hands folder and send it (It's the second folder listed in BHC). Look for a date that would match one of the blinds that you're seeing is off.

so this Bovada HH converter only converts the HH files that are released 24 hours after you've played the hands? meaning this would not provide HHs for running a HUD in real time(for example in an MTT)?

i know that the anonymous tables make this kind of pointless...but I think for MTTs especially non-turbos, you could still gain enough of a HH sample by the time you made the FT(or final couple tables of large fields) that it would be worthwhile.

again, I'm not even sure if your software can do this....but it would be awesome to find a way to grab the HHs in real time so you could actually use the HUD....even if it could only provide temporary tracking/statistics for the duration of a tournament/SNG.

Bovada does not release HH's until 24 hours after you play them, so no.

thats not true....i can see my hand histories as soon as the hand is over however it will only show my hole cards(or my opponents if they went to showdown).

so theres no way to scrape these HHs in "real time"?

The converter converts completed hands that are downloadable from bovada after 24 hours.

so your not interested in making something that reads the hand histories that are available immediately? again it would only show my hole cards and opponents cards when they went to showdown, but it would still be VERY useful.

Probably because 99.9% of the time it's either in junk/spam or someone's paypal e-mail address that they didn't think to check. all serials are automatically sent out when payment is complete. Takes less than 30 seconds to receive.

I 100% have not received it in any of my inboxes , I don't know what side the error was on(your website or Paypal), I will say that when I paid on PayPal I got a temporary error when submitting but then it loaded your website saying payment successful( the same landing page that says to check spam/junk folder).

i had a couple of hands go into a new game type. they were both hands with no small blind. everyone folded around and gave the big blind a walk.
