kinda made a mistake, I forgot to check show all hole cards when i was converting. Whats the easiest way to clear only the newly converted HH so i can replace them with the HH that shows all hole cards.

You'll need to delete them in your database, then re-convert them with the converter. Point the converter to the original bovada / ignition hand history folder (it's listed on the main interface) and once they are re-converted, re-import them.

Hi, I just got a new PC and went to move my HM2 database over, but something went very wrong. My hero (pokerstars) name only had 47k/1M+ hands on it, and it has me losing at 137 bb/100. I simply exported the hands from my HM2 db to an external drive and then imported them in the new PC, but I'm wondering if you know what I did wrong. Should I have done anything with the folders where original and new bodog hands are kept? It also seems like hole cards are not shown for other players now. Do I need to revert my HM2?

It's very difficult to say what you did without having seen it. 1) You don't need to revert HM2. 2) I'd just copy over your HM2 archive folder (don't export). Just take all of those files from the archive, copy them over to your new system and import. If you don't know the location, it's in site settings in HM2, click on ipoker, and you'll see it listed at the top.

That should get all of your hands over. The export isn't quite as reliable I don't think.

Ok, cool. I assume you did similar to what I said? I answered you earlier btw, and for some reason 2+2 didn't post it. Not sure why.

Are you having any issues with converting zone hands right now? I believe I have a couple that did not convert correctly.

No. But check them first from the site itself. Make sure they are legit hands and that you didn't leave the table early before folding on a final hand.

Ok, will be reviewing my raw hand history, I may have a few hands like that, is there a way for me to add it in my database?

Not sure what you mean. I was saying, make sure the original hand from the site itself is valid. If you're not sure, you can send to support and they can check for you. If it's not, you can always re-request the hands from ignition.

Problem solved, weird... I re-download the hand history, convert and it looks no missing hands this time. Thanks for your help.

Hello,

After I convert bodog hand history and import them into HM2, is the rake shown in HM2 correct amount?

I have been using this software with HEM2 and Ignition for a long time, with no issues. Today though it seems 3 files were not processing. I looked into my folder and 1 file was a dud, the other two files seem to be normal but it's saying it found 2 files, and had 2 file errors. The hands have not appeared in my database.

Earlier I had tried importing a different batch of hands and got some weird java exception error. Not sure if this is related.

There's been some random bad files from ignition. I got one myself the other day. I had to re-request the download. It's not related to the converter. Nothing has changed with the converter and there's no bugs or errors.

If you know the session I'd just contact ignition support and re-request a download for that day, then re-convert and import.

all my hands from the past few days that I converted today were imported as duplicates. Is this related to that problem?

It could be. If you re-requested hands, then you could have gotten some of the same hands again. It's hard to say for sure. But I'd just make sure your import folder, the one you point your database to import from is clean this next time (move the files somewhere else) and then you should be good.

Anyone confirm that converting zone as well as regular cash hand histories will offer accurate results with Ignition games?

It will show 100% accurate. The only time there's an issue is usually 1-2 days after Ignition does an update. They seem to screw up hand histories after that for whatever reason.

Great - tried to renew my old converter license via the discount link on your website and whenever I type in my serial it rings me up to renew "Poker by the Book" which I've never purchased before. Obv don't want that so emailed with my serials asking for you guys to renew my licenses for me.

It's because you're grandfathered into the cheap pricing. So you can checkout like that, it will work fine.
