Had a session from a couple nights ago that I tried to convert and then import into HM2. Session was 1126 hands as per drivehud, but only 873 got converted. All the different table sessions in the bodog client look like they have been downloaded, but I'm missing all those hands, any idea why that might be/what I can do to fix it?

I'd request bodog to make those hands downloadable again and then re-download, re-convert and import. Every so often it can look like hands are downloaded or there's some poker client glitch and the hands aren't there or they are corrupted. It usually happens for a few days after poker client updates. Not sure why exactly.

So I did this today, and there were no new hands to import, really weird.

any idea why this hh has error after conversion?

Nope. It imported for me. You sure you had the correct database selected for conversion? You can send the original hand to support and we can check, but in complete honesty, I haven't seen a hand not convert in an extremely long time. Every time we've gotten an original hand it's converted and imported. But I can check it out if you want to send it in.

so i currently have hand2note and was wondering what else i would need to get a HUD running on bodog.

do i need both a hand converter and a card catcher? are they the same thing? and which site would you guys recommend me purchasing those from?

You need the card catcher to run a HUD. The hand converter will allow you to import hands 24 hours after play so you can view all opponent hole cards.

I'd recommend trying to trials of each with your HUD to make sure everything works ok. If you need any help, let me know or contact support.

If i only want the hand history without a HUD for bodog, is it safe to say that i only need the converter do it?

yeah, in order to see HHs with all cards visible you just need the converter.

is there a way to import HHs downloaded in Portuguese? I forgot to switch client language to English before downloading and now I'm just getting a bunch of errors.

The converter will import hands 24 hours after you play, and it doesn't run a HUD. It just converts the files you have from Ignition / Bodog.

I don't think so. You can change the language at the poker client and then re-quest to have those hands re-downloaded. Ignition will re-enable them and you can re-download and convert again.

Already tried that, and couldn't re-download. Hands are now pretty old, so download period expired.

Ok, that's good enough for me. btw.. where is the hand history location for bodog? In your manual i see ignition hand history but it doesn't say where to find bodog.

Same location, but it's c:\bodog instead of c:\ignition.

Why does the auto click timebank feature on Ignition not work anymore? Any plans to fix?

Ignition changed the framework of their tables. It's not something that can consistently work w/ the method we use now. It was never actually supposed to be a feature, but a temp work around a long time back.
