The last beta we looked at, it did. But we're not testing w/ every new beta update put out. I'd assume it should though.

I have been using Ignition Hand Convertor for at least a year now and never usually get an issue. Lately I have been getting file errors consistently and losing hands imported into holdem manager. I know it is not an issue w/ HEM2 itself. Sometimes when I download hands I get this pop-up above. Generally when I do I get file errors and some missing files in general. Any advice would be awesome! ty

I’ve had a java script error Message when I’m downloading hands. I got in touch with support and had them reset my Hhs and the error went away.

I don’t think this has anything to do with the hand converter.

Thanks. Yeah it's doesn't. You have to contact them like you said, and they will reset the download and the hands will work/download again.

So I'm having trouble downloading hands again. Did something change with the update?

Last hands were working on 4/8. Did location of hands change or something?

Also, can you see hole cards from zone poker if you use convert them and download to HEM2

Location hasn't changed. It changed a couple of months ago. It's:
C:\Users\(your system username)\Ignition Casino Poker\Hand History\XXXXXX <-(some random Player ID number)

And yes you can see all hole cards for zone.

ok so I can download the files to the right spot and I can see them in there. I I convert the file location c:users/myname/ignition/hand history/my random number. It converts hands and says ok.


When I go to import to holdem manager it just keeps importing old hands but not the new ones.

I go to this pc/documents/ignition hand history and it has older hands from a few days ago but not the hands I just converted.

So I cant find the converted hands to import into HM2. I also tried looking in other folders and can't find them.


My HM2 lost its HUD setup a couple of days ago so not sure if something weird happened I had to set that up again.

Move or remove your old hands from the converted folder. Make sure you're pointing HM2 to the green circled directory that you have listed for your converted hand destination folder that is shown in the hand converter display. As long as you do that, it will work.

anyone else having issues with some tables having hands tracked and others not? Been a big issue lately for me

I've only played once since then and it was fine. It seems like an intermittent issue.

In the last week or so many of the all-ins I WIN are giving me this import error: Ignition: Invalid pot size (21.14 vs pot:21.50 rake:1.11 jpt:0.00)

I'm using current PT4 with free ignition app. I can't remember where I downloaded it (PT4 forum?) but its not the Ace Poker Solutions Card Catcher.

Anyone know the fix? Pretty tilting

I think you guys are talking about the ignition card catcher, not the hand converter. And with the card catcher, you need to make sure that you don't have two tables in the loading phase at the same time. As long as you do that it will work just fine.

Does anyone use the PLO converter to work with Hand 2 Note?

Im having an issue where my hands arent all showing up when i build statistics in H2N. Support has told me to wait for the developer. If others are using it just fine what can I do to fix my issue. H2N has told me its a converter issue.

Send some unconverted hands to support and they can check it out for you.
