There are still some issues with tournament hands in HM1 and PT3. We're working through those still. You can try the latest here:
http://acepokersolutions.com/files/B...rter_Setup.exe

This one has a lot of HM1 fixes. There's a lot of scenarios we're still working through, but this latest should get most of them converted for you.

Bovada must have changed their HH format and the converter needs to be updated. It is not working with PT4 (for cash games).

For example, here are two converted HH's. The first one works, the second doesn't.

PokerStars Hand #2730624120: Hold'em No Limit ($1/$2) - 2013/08/04 17:32:40

PokerStars Hand #2740307021: $1-$2 - Hold'em No Limit ($1/$2) - 2013/08/27 2:19:14

No, just having development issues with the tournament hands that effected cash hands, which didn't have any previous issue. I put back up the old version, and you can download it from the site and it should work ok for now. I'm back in town so going to work with the development team and work out the rest of the issues. I'll update in here when it's worked out.

Correct, that one will work fine... yeah, this new update has been a bit of a pain, and the tournament conversion for PT has not been pleasant. Regardless, it's going to get worked out soon. The development team isn't stopping until it's 100%.

Quick update: So two things have happened, and it's taken a little while to figure out after going through countless hand histories. 1) Bovada changed the titling format for some games. This broke some of the cash hands. (this was easy) 2) There's an error in how Bovada calculates all-in bets in it's hand history for tournament hands. We narrowed this down, and we're implementing calculations to fix it. Any errors you get in import are because of this Bovada error.

The guys have been working on a new update, and it should be soon.

Alright, so this update (v 1.0.15f) has fixed any issues sent in from any of you guys (thank you). Tournament hands, cash games, everything should be working well. You can import zone hands as zoom, or import them as normal hands as well by clicking on settings.

http://acepokersolutions.com/files/B...rter_Setup.exe

It only has a few hours of testing, but every single hand that was sent in that had an issue was converted, plus any of the hands our team had. If you do see anything, PM or post here, and we'll look into it right away.

You can use it through parallels or a similar windows emulator.

It's the only reason left that I still have Parallels installed on my Mac.

Yes, but I think you can also use programs like this. I'd ask in the mac forums though for the best ones. I'm not familiar enough to recommend one.

You'll have to copy your bovada hands over, and then point the converter to that directory.

All right! Finally got the hands into HEM1 and I can at least see the tournaments. Only problem now is that under the tourney report tab, there's no information. Everything is a complete blank. Can you help me out with this please?

Oh and major props to you and your team for all your hard work in updating all of this so quickly.

What version are you using? We just put out an update today .16, that should show all tourney results, in HM1/2 and PT 3/4. I was just about to let everyone know.
- Tourney hands for Holdem and Omaha work 100%
- Cash game fix was implemented
- Zone poker will show as fast (if you select it to import separately).

This should be final version for awhile. 1.0.16. You can click check for updates if it doesn't prompt you automatically.

I imported more hand histories and hands do come up under the tourney report tab but only about 55 hands and I actually imported over 2k. The other tabs seem to be working fine. I have a feeling this is a HEM problem and not the converter because it looks like the same things are happening to my Merge hands. I'll scroll through the HEM thread instead for now.

Hello, I just purchased a tournament license. I downloaded the latest .16 and converted 364 tournaments for import into PT4.

Unfortunately, I was expecting correct stats on how much I'm up, graphs etc. Is this not yet supported? It thinks I'm down 3 grand playing $5 and $10 buyins.

If it has to do with no tournament summaries from bovada (i have no idea) the files themselves say what place you finish and what you made. For example, even in original Bovada hand histories it will say [ME] finished 2nd for XXX.

Isn't there a way to have this included in the converted hand histories so I can know how much I'm up or down? Otherwise it's kind of worthless for me... or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

Edit - I am able to get kind of what I'm looking for if I view the graphs in tournament chips won instead of prizes won. I wanted to get an idea of how good or bad im running, and right now im ~105k chips under EV at showdown. While not the same as $ up or down, it definitely helps to confirm that I am currently running poorly. Being able to replay hands is great also!

Sorry for double post couldn't edit, just wanted to say that the ICM tool in the hand replayer for PT4 also works, it's just that you have a hard time finding the right tournament you played because the buy in structures are all random.

Edit - Nevermind, it's easier to just look by tournament number. Slowly getting this down

Ok, well let me know what you find. Thanks.

Did anyone ever figure out what was going on with the weird limits (.10/.25 showing up as .12/.25)? I remember reading that it's something to do with weird blind posting situations. I've only recently started having this issue but I don't recall reading that it's been fixed, only that we might have an idea what's causing the issue. It's really not a big deal, only seven hands so far, but I could see this becoming an issue over a large enough sample. Thanks again for the lovely software and the amount of support you folks provide.

No, PM me a hand where it happened. We tried to get some data on this before, but never got any hands so we could fix it.

Buy-in amounts fixed for PT4. There's a .16a update, but you have to download it from the site. Not putting it up as an update quite yet. Only started testing it yesterday.

Forgive my new guy questions but where will I find the hand in a format that you can use and if conversion is necessary how do I go about that? Can I save them to the hard drive from hm and then send that to you?
