I've been having a problem recently where I'll convert my hands using the converter and then when I go to import into HEM2 it'll insta jump to 2522 of 2522 files imported with 0 hands actually imported. I haven't had any problems before and I haven't changed any settings. Thanks for your help

Your serial is likely expired if that's the case. But if you send a log to support they can tell you for sure what's going on.

I just purchased the Ignition Hand Converter for tournaments. I believe all files (89 of them) were converted correctly but HEM 2 only imported one tournament! Do you know what the problem might be?

Make sure your filters are clear in HM2. Other than that, I'd have to see a log. If they were converted, and you imported them, then they must be somewhere, but hard to say w/o actually seeing a log. You can send the log file from this directory to support and they'll be able to know better:

You said this about the card catcher too. If you're running the card catcher and the converter also, you're going to have duplicates if you have both Hero's created as an alias. I don't know your setup, but neither the card catcher nor the converter will create duplicates. It's actually impossible for that to happen because your database will reject the file if it's a duplicate.

Update the tutorial ffs for ignition hand converter when u decide to download the previous version (to see whole cards), it says i can't use the same activation key for the downgraded version so how do i get it or do i simply just unreg my current version and then re-reg with same key to downgraded one?

Not sure I completely understand what you mean. You don't need to do anything w/ the converter if you downgrade. You're just downgrading Hm2. So when you say it's unregistered, I assume you mean the converter, but I need more details on what you're doing to help properly.

I downloaded the hand converter with 3 different licenses. Cash, Tourney and Omaha. None of them work. The cash says 'cannot connect with server'. The other two say invalid key... Is there a delay before the codes work? I contacted customer service and there was an auto-reply saying I could expect a response in 24 hours.

You were responded to. Maybe check your junk/spam folders? No there's no delay. We'd need to see what's happening as there's typically not an issues, so it might be a firewall issue.

1 license is good for activation on 2 systems. If you want a 3rd activation you can purchase one for 1/2 the price through customer support. Just use the support form and they can send a purchase link:

Is your license still active? If you look at the top right is it still showing as active?

Yes - it should be active? I've recently contacted support because there was an issue with the licenses, however, it was resolved. Top right shows holdem/omaha/tourney. I'm still having this issue with cash not importing properly to PT4 though (tournaments work fine).

You probably need to update PT and the hand converter. PT4 did have an issue (several months back) w/ cash games. They changed some formatting. You can send logs to support, but I'd try and update both versions first and see if you're still getting it.

Hello, I just downloaded the trial version, and I figured out a bug on the software.

This is part of a hand history, pretty much every one of them it occurs the same thing on the first hand of the jackpot sng.

The dealer seat is on the Seat 2, but it is setting it to the Seat #3 and this is causing error on the hand history, as you can see on the hands that I imported to PT4



The game is 3max, but it have some hands played on CO

Im planning on buying the software, but I would need this error to be fixed.

When you fix it, please let me know, that I will buy it.

EDIT: Another thing I just figured out, is that it is not counting correct the 1st places for the jackpot sngs.

Oh, another thing I just realized... why dont you set the rake on the hand histories? I know they dont provide it on the original hand history, but the rake is 7% for jackpot sngs, it shouldnt be that hard to put them in the new hand history... is it?

im having this problem where ive downloaded the hands correctly but it does not convert. it was fine couple of days ago, yet since yesterday i've had this issue. i should have couple thousand hands but they're all missing. i'd appreciate your help

I'm pretty sure this is because you need to update your PT version. They changed this, and we changed to adapt to this. I'm double checking w/ development, but I'm 99% sure this is the case.
