HH's are returning errors in PT4 after being converted. Bovada has a new update this morning which is probably why.

We're not seeing any errors. Are you sure the hands you downloaded are ok (not corrupted in some way)?

Bought to track my spins stats, it seems to track CEV alright? 52.5?

Earnings... showing very very wrong number. Any help to fix would be appreciated.

Spin and go results aren't posted in Ignition's original hands. So there's no way to enter these values since they are random. If they aren't in the HH, it will just show as zero. So you'll have to edit these results when you cash.

I'm not getting any difference between my all in EV winnings and my overall winnings on zone tables. Is there a way for me to fix that?

If you have all known hole cards on, you're not going to have EV difference calculated correctly.

I am running parallels on a mac. I have been downloading my HHs on the mac side, but just downloaded the converter to give it a shot with parallels. When I try to import the files I get the message "The network name cannot be found".

First I tried importing the folder, but it said there are not .txt files in there (there most certainly are). So I tried going into the folder and selecting the HH files individually, and I get that error message. Doesn't matter if I select 1, several or all of them.

Been using the convertor for a long while now. Suddenly when I convert, it finds files and says they've been processed but no hands are found or processed. I also says 0 file errors and is just blank for everything listed below that.

Last few days when downloading and importing hands, I have been getting fewer downloaded than I played. For example, 2 of the last days I played, Drivehud has my hands as 1193 and 1488, but when downloaded and imported into HM2, I got 1095 and 880, and the results are obviously way off.

I'm getting "invalid pot size" errors when it folds to me in the bb. In 1/2 games the converter interprets it as a $1 pot size while PT4 seems to want it to be a $3 pot size.

What version of the converter are you using? I know there was an issue w/ this a very long time ago when PT updated. You likely just need to update the converter, but let me know your version. Thanks.

Hi Freak Daddy, I purchased your hand converter that converts every type of hand 2-3 years ago and didn't renew when the subscription ran out as I was on a break. I'm now trying to get back into it but your site says I can get a renewal for 1/3rd of the regular price, how do I do that?

If I wanted to download a horse's hands to my database, is there any way to differentiate my hands from his? Ie mine are under hero on hm2, is there a way to make his hands appear differently?

Not sure I'm totally clear on the question. But if you are taking hands from someone else that are original hands from Ignition, then when you use the converter enter a different hero name on the converter. If they are already converted, then you'd have to open all files and replace the Hero name w/ a new name.
